直線電機(jī)驅(qū)動(dòng)水液壓柱塞泵研制與試驗(yàn)研究

【摘要】:水液壓傳動(dòng)技術(shù)是一種使用過濾后的淡水或海水代替礦物油作為工作介質(zhì)的綠色液壓技術(shù)。水液壓柱塞泵是水液壓系統(tǒng)的關(guān)鍵元件,由于水介質(zhì)的理化特性差異導(dǎo)致其泄漏、摩擦磨損、腐蝕、氣蝕等現(xiàn)象比油壓柱塞泵嚴(yán)重。傳統(tǒng)的斜盤式柱塞水液壓泵技術(shù)已非常成熟,但是在高圍壓環(huán)境下容積效率大幅下降,因而不適用于深海環(huán)境。采用直線電機(jī)驅(qū)動(dòng)水液壓柱塞泵,減少了傳統(tǒng)旋轉(zhuǎn)電機(jī)驅(qū)動(dòng)柱塞泵中電機(jī)旋轉(zhuǎn)運(yùn)動(dòng)到柱塞往復(fù)直線運(yùn)動(dòng)的能量轉(zhuǎn)換環(huán)節(jié),消除了斜盤受圍壓作用效率降低的影響,具有效率高,適應(yīng)深海高圍壓環(huán)境的優(yōu)點(diǎn),而且采用直線電機(jī)驅(qū)動(dòng),通過控制直線電機(jī)的速度,可以實(shí)現(xiàn)泵的無級(jí)調(diào)速。本文以直線電機(jī)和水液壓柱塞泵為研究對(duì)象,結(jié)合國(guó)內(nèi)外相關(guān)研究,分析了國(guó)內(nèi)外水液壓柱塞泵和直驅(qū)泵的發(fā)展和研究現(xiàn)狀,設(shè)計(jì)研制了一種新型的直線電機(jī)驅(qū)動(dòng)水液壓柱塞泵。通過分析滯后條件下三角波和梯形波的疊加效果,確立了直線電機(jī)的運(yùn)動(dòng)規(guī)劃,通過AMESim建模仿真確定柱塞泵的配流方式,提出了直線電機(jī)驅(qū)動(dòng)柱塞泵方案。針對(duì)直線電機(jī)驅(qū)動(dòng)水液壓柱塞泵的柱塞副的受力和泄漏進(jìn)行分析,結(jié)合永磁同步直線電機(jī)的建模,建立直線電機(jī)驅(qū)動(dòng)柱塞泵運(yùn)動(dòng)模型,通過搭建單柱塞驅(qū)動(dòng)特性試驗(yàn)臺(tái),驗(yàn)證直線電機(jī)驅(qū)動(dòng)特性。利用MMW-1立式萬能摩擦磨損試驗(yàn)機(jī)對(duì)316L不銹鋼與四種聚醚醚酮(PEEK)進(jìn)行摩擦學(xué)性能研究,分析了在水潤(rùn)滑條件下四組對(duì)偶摩擦副的摩擦系數(shù)、溫度、磨損量和接觸表面的磨損形貌進(jìn)行,確定了 316-PEEKHPV是適用在直線電機(jī)驅(qū)動(dòng)水液壓柱塞泵中摩擦副的配對(duì)材料;诶碚摵驮囼(yàn)研究,設(shè)計(jì)加工直線電機(jī)驅(qū)動(dòng)水液壓柱塞泵樣機(jī),通過搭建樣機(jī)試驗(yàn)試驗(yàn)臺(tái),進(jìn)行了不同沖次下的加載試驗(yàn),結(jié)果表明樣機(jī)在沖次150 min-1和負(fù)載壓力3 MPa下運(yùn)行時(shí),其實(shí)際輸出流量為10.2 L/min,容積效率約為79.07%,機(jī)械效率約為93.5%,總效率約為73.5%,滿足研究指標(biāo)的要求。
[Abstract]:Water hydraulic transmission is a kind of green hydraulic technology which uses filtered fresh water or seawater instead of mineral oil as working medium.Water hydraulic piston pump is the key component of water hydraulic system. Because of the difference of physical and chemical properties of water medium, the phenomena of leakage, friction and wear, corrosion and cavitation are more serious than those of oil pressure piston pump.The traditional technology of inclined disc plunger hydraulic pump is very mature, but the volumetric efficiency is greatly reduced in high confining pressure environment, so it is not suitable for deep-sea environment.Water hydraulic piston pump driven by linear motor reduces the energy conversion link between motor rotation motion and plunger reciprocating linear motion in the traditional rotary motor driving piston pump, and eliminates the influence of the sloping disk on the reduction of the confining pressure, so it has high efficiency.The stepless speed regulation of the pump can be realized by controlling the speed of the linear motor, which is suitable for the deep sea high confining pressure environment.This paper takes linear motor and hydraulic piston pump as the research object, and analyzes the development and research status of water hydraulic piston pump and direct-drive pump at home and abroad combined with related research at home and abroad.A new hydraulic hydraulic piston pump driven by linear motor is designed and developed.By analyzing the superposition effect of triangle wave and trapezoid wave under the condition of lag, the motion planning of linear motor is established, the flow distribution mode of piston pump is determined by AMESim modeling and simulation, and the scheme of driving piston pump by linear motor is put forward.According to the analysis of force and leakage of plunger pair of hydraulic hydraulic piston pump driven by linear motor, combined with the modeling of permanent magnet synchronous linear motor, the motion model of plunger pump driven by linear motor is established, and the test bed of driving characteristic of single plunger is built.Verify the driving characteristics of linear motor.The tribological properties of 316L stainless steel and four polyether ether ketones (PEEK) were studied by MMW-1 vertical universal friction and wear tester. The friction coefficient and temperature of four pairs of dual friction pairs under water lubrication were analyzed.The wear amount and the wear morphology of the contact surface were carried out, and it was determined that 316-PEEKHPV was the matching material for friction pairs in the hydraulic hydraulic piston pump driven by linear motor.Based on the theoretical and experimental research, the prototype of hydraulic hydraulic piston pump driven by linear motor was designed and manufactured.The results show that the actual output flow rate is 10.2 L / min, the volume efficiency is about 79.07, the mechanical efficiency is about 93.5and the total efficiency is about 73.5, which meets the requirements of the research index.
