風(fēng)圈式風(fēng)量調(diào)節(jié)閥阻力特性的模擬研究

【摘要】:為研究風(fēng)圈式風(fēng)量調(diào)節(jié)閥阻力系數(shù)與閥門開度半徑的函數(shù)關(guān)系,以DN200的風(fēng)圈式風(fēng)量調(diào)節(jié)閥為研究對象,運(yùn)用FLUENT對其進(jìn)行數(shù)值模擬,對不同開度半徑下的閥門流場和阻力系數(shù)進(jìn)行分析,得到了閥門阻力系數(shù)與閥門開度半徑的函數(shù)關(guān)系式。結(jié)果表明:閥門開度半徑大于0.05m時,阻力系數(shù)小并且曲線變化平緩,閥門開度半徑小于0.05m時,阻力系數(shù)大并且曲線陡峭變化,閥門阻力系數(shù)隨著閥門開度半徑減小呈指數(shù)性增長。
[Abstract]:In order to study the functional relationship between the resistance coefficient and the valve opening radius of the air-coil type air flow regulating valve, a numerical simulation of the valve with FLUENT was carried out with DN200's air-coil air flow regulating valve as the object of study.Based on the analysis of valve flow field and resistance coefficient under different opening radii, the functional relationship between valve resistance coefficient and valve opening radius is obtained.The results show that when the opening radius of the valve is greater than 0.05 m, the resistance coefficient is small and the curve changes smoothly. When the opening radius of the valve is less than 0.05 m, the resistance coefficient is large and the curve is steep.The valve resistance coefficient increases exponentially with the decrease of valve opening radius.
