基于不確定性測度的機械零部件再制造加工質量控制理論與方法研究

【摘要】:再制造工程是構建循環(huán)經(jīng)濟、實現(xiàn)社會可持續(xù)發(fā)展的最佳實現(xiàn)形式,是二十一世紀應對世界環(huán)境污染和資源短缺的有效技術之一!霸僦圃飚a(chǎn)品質量不低于、甚至高于原型新品”是再制造工程高速發(fā)展的重要保障。但是,當前再制造產(chǎn)品質量存在的問題與不足,已經(jīng)成為制約再制造產(chǎn)業(yè)進一步發(fā)展的瓶頸。由于再制造過程自身的特殊性和復雜性,其不確定性要遠遠高于傳統(tǒng)正向制造過程,而這些更高的不確定性最終影響著再制造產(chǎn)品的質量,制約著再制造產(chǎn)品的服役安全性能。對再制造過程不確定性的研究,已成為再制造產(chǎn)業(yè)規(guī);l(fā)展亟需解決的關鍵問題之一。鑒于此,本文通過探索再制造加工過程不確定性內(nèi)涵及其測度理論,研究不確定環(huán)境下機械零部件再制造加工質量控制方法,為保障再制造產(chǎn)品質量提供理論、方法和技術支持,論文的主要研究內(nèi)容如下:(1)綜述再制造基本理論、再制造過程不確定性、再制造質量控制等國內(nèi)外相關研究現(xiàn)狀,分析再制造質量控制研究的不足,闡述本論文研究背景、研究意義和主要研究內(nèi)容。(2)探究再制造加工系統(tǒng)的不確定特征及其來源,建立再制造加工系統(tǒng)分析模型,對其不確定性進行多層次、多維度解析:選擇“熵”作為不確定性測度基本尺度,構建再制造加工系統(tǒng)不確定性概念模型及測度基礎模型。(3)研究再制造基礎要素的隨機不確定性及模糊不確定性測度模型,基于積空間P×M探索測度尺度融合方法,給出定量化描述再制造基礎要素整體不確定度的復合熵模型;通過非線性擬合模型,探究再制造基礎要素不確定性與再制造加工質量屬性之間的耦合機理,并利用再制造曲軸加工實例,驗證了方法的有效性。(4)建立基于GERT圖的再制造工藝路線模型,考慮加工工藝難度及加工狀態(tài)多樣性要素,構建基于廣義信息熵的再制造加工過程不確定性測度模型;定義再制造加工過程控制力指數(shù),實現(xiàn)對再制造加工過程控制能力的評估,以曲軸再制造加工過程為例,對其加工過程控制有效性進行了評估。(5)利用質量熵度量再制造產(chǎn)品質量波動,并以質量波動最小為控制目標,建立再制造質量預測控制系統(tǒng)基本框架模型;利用小波Elman神經(jīng)網(wǎng)絡實施再制造質量建模預測,采用了自適應學習速率進行網(wǎng)絡訓練,并給出了訓練網(wǎng)絡的動態(tài)遞推梯度下降算法;最后將預測模型應用于再制造發(fā)動機曲軸質量預測。(6)設計開發(fā)了再制造加工質量控制原型系統(tǒng),構建了系統(tǒng)概念模型,給出了系統(tǒng)總體架構和系統(tǒng)實現(xiàn)的關鍵使能技術。
[Abstract]:Remanufacturing engineering is the construction of circular economy, the best form to realize the sustainable development of society, the world is twenty-first Century in response to the environmental pollution and resource shortage. "One of the effective techniques for remanufacturing product quality is not less than, even higher than the new prototype" is an important guarantee for development of remanufacturing engineering in high speed. However, the current existence of the remanufacturing product quality the problems and shortcomings, which has become a bottleneck for further development of the remanufacturing industry. Due to the particularity and complexity of manufacturing process itself, the uncertainty is much higher than the traditional manufacturing process, but these higher uncertainty ultimately affects the quality of remanufactured products, restricting the performance of service safety. Study on remanufacturing process uncertainty, has become one of the key issues of remanufacturing industry scale development needs to be solved. In view of this, this article through To explore the manufacturing process uncertainty connotation and measurement theory, study the uncertain environment of mechanical parts remanufacturing process quality control method, in order to provide theoretical support for remanufacturing product quality, support method and technology, the main research contents of this paper are as follows: (1) the basic theory of remanufacturing review, remanufacturing process uncertainty, remanufacturing the quality control of domestic and international relevant research, analysis of remanufacturing research quality control, this paper expounded the research background, research significance and main research contents. (2) to explore the uncertainty characteristics and source of remanufacturing system, establishing the analysis model of remanufacturing system, multi-level of uncertainty, many dimension analysis: entropy as the uncertainty measure of the basic scale, construction of remanufacturing system uncertainty conceptual model and measure model based on business. (3) The random uncertainty made the basic factors and fuzzy uncertainty measure model, product space P * M fusion method based on exploration measure scale, given the quantitative description of remanufacturing based on elements of the whole uncertainty model of composite entropy; through nonlinear fitting model, explore the remanufacturing coupling mechanism between basic elements of uncertainty and re manufacturing quality the attribute, and the use of remanufactured crankshaft machining example, verify the effectiveness of the method. (4) based on the GERT diagram of the remanufacturing process routings model, considering the difficulty of processing and processing state diversity elements, construction process and manufacture of generalized information entropy uncertainty measurement model based on the definition of manufacturing process control; force index, evaluation of remanufacturing process control ability, the crankshaft remanufacturing process as an example, the process control is effective in the assessment Estimated. (5) to measure the remanufacturing quality fluctuation by quality entropy, and to the quality fluctuation as the control target, the establishment of quality control system of the basic framework of prediction model; implementation of remanufacturing quality prediction model based on wavelet Elman neural network, the adaptive learning rate training network, and gives the dynamic recursive network training push the gradient descent algorithm; prediction model is applied to the engine crankshaft remanufacturing quality prediction. (6) the design and development of remanufacturing process quality control system, constructs the concept model of the system, given the key to achieve the system overall architecture and enabling technologies.
