新型輕量化橋式起重機(jī)減速器箱體分析及結(jié)構(gòu)優(yōu)化

【摘要】:減速器是起重設(shè)備的關(guān)鍵部件,而箱體又是齒輪傳動(dòng)系統(tǒng)的承載體,起著支撐和固定的作用。利用Solid Works三維軟件建立了新型輕量化橋式起重機(jī)減速器的箱體有限元模型并導(dǎo)入到ANSYS Workbench,對(duì)箱體實(shí)際受載情況進(jìn)行了靜力學(xué)分析,得出了箱體所受最大應(yīng)力和變形量,為箱體結(jié)構(gòu)改進(jìn)和輕量化設(shè)計(jì)提供了依據(jù)。通過(guò)對(duì)箱體進(jìn)行有限元模態(tài)分析,得到了箱體的固有頻率及相應(yīng)振型,將其與減速器的轉(zhuǎn)頻和嚙合頻率進(jìn)行對(duì)比分析,確定減速器是否發(fā)生共振。
[Abstract]:The reducer is the key part of the lifting equipment, and the box is the carrier of the gear transmission system. The finite element model of the box of a new lightweight bridge crane reducer is established by using Solid Works software and imported into the ANSYS Workbench, and the actual loading of the box is analyzed by statics. The maximum stress and deformation of the box are obtained, which provides the basis for the improvement of the box structure and the lightweight design. Through the finite element modal analysis of the box, the natural frequency and the corresponding modes of the box are obtained. Comparing with the speed and meshing frequency of the reducer, the resonance of the reducer is determined.
