變速器結(jié)合面的密封性有限元仿真與試驗(yàn)驗(yàn)證

【摘要】:針對(duì)某款縱置變速器在市場(chǎng)上反饋結(jié)合面有滲油,首先,用有限元方法分析殼體結(jié)合面的靜態(tài)間隙,再考慮變速箱的一擋和倒擋工況,分析殼體結(jié)合面的動(dòng)態(tài)間隙;然后,針對(duì)該殼體做了面壓試驗(yàn),驗(yàn)證了理論分析的正確性,同時(shí)找到漏油是由于殼體結(jié)合面質(zhì)量造成;最后,模擬變速器的實(shí)際裝箱條件,涂上密封膠后再做面壓試驗(yàn),結(jié)果顯示結(jié)合面的壓力均勻,結(jié)合面密封可靠,證明理論設(shè)計(jì)無(wú)問(wèn)題,為變速器殼體結(jié)合面密封性研究提供參考。
[Abstract]:In view of the oil seepage on the feedback joint surface of a longitudinal transmission in the market, firstly, the static clearance of the shell joint surface is analyzed by finite element method, and then the dynamic clearance of the shell joint surface is analyzed by considering the first gear and reverse gear condition of the gearbox, and then the dynamic clearance of the shell joint surface is analyzed. The surface pressure test is done to verify the correctness of the theoretical analysis, and it is found that the oil leakage is caused by the mass of the shell joint surface. Finally, the actual packing conditions of the transmission are simulated, and the surface pressure test is done after the sealing glue is coated on the case. The results show that the pressure of the joint surface is uniform and the sealing of the joint surface is reliable. It is proved that there is no problem in the theoretical design, which provides a reference for the study of the sealing property of the coupling surface of the transmission shell.
