【摘要】:構(gòu)建了并車螺旋錐齒輪傳動含間隙非線性動力學(xué)模型,采用變步長Gill數(shù)值法對振動方程進(jìn)行了求解。將胞映射法引入齒輪動力學(xué)全局性態(tài)域界分析中,獲得了動力學(xué)參數(shù)二維域界解結(jié)構(gòu)。分別考慮了系統(tǒng)在齒側(cè)間隙、綜合誤差、時變剛度以及阻尼比等參數(shù)域界結(jié)構(gòu)中的穩(wěn)態(tài)特性,借助相圖、Lyapunov指數(shù)(LE)、Poincaré截面、快速傅里葉頻譜分析(FFT)等手段研究了齒輪系統(tǒng)在多參數(shù)域共同激勵下的動態(tài)分岔行為,驗證了胞映射法在齒輪動力學(xué)參數(shù)域設(shè)計中的準(zhǔn)確性。結(jié)果表明:當(dāng)阻尼比ξ∈[0.025,0.225]時,在間隙和綜合誤差激勵下系統(tǒng)均通過倍周期分岔進(jìn)入混沌;較大阻尼比有助于系統(tǒng)處于穩(wěn)態(tài)周期域中;時變嚙合剛度激勵下,系統(tǒng)在周期域和混沌域之間發(fā)生躍遷,域界附近參數(shù)的微小波動將導(dǎo)致吸引子進(jìn)入另一吸引域中。
[Abstract]:A nonlinear dynamic model with clearance for parallel spiral bevel gear transmission is constructed, and the vibration equation is solved by variable step size Gill numerical method. The cell mapping method is introduced to the analysis of the global boundary of gear dynamics. The structure of two-dimensional boundary solution for dynamic parameters is obtained. The steady-state properties of the system in the boundary structure of tooth side clearance, synthesis error, time-varying stiffness and damping ratio are considered, and the Poincar 茅 section is obtained by using the Lyapunov exponent of the phase diagram. The dynamic bifurcation behavior of gear system under common excitation in multi-parameter domain is studied by means of fast Fourier spectrum analysis (FFTFT), and the accuracy of cell mapping method in the design of gear dynamic parameter domain is verified.
