均勻設(shè)計試驗法在溢流閥錐閥芯優(yōu)化中的應(yīng)用

【摘要】:針對溢流閥在線檢測系統(tǒng)中,錐閥芯材料為紫銅時,閥芯力學性能不滿足設(shè)計要求的問題,提出通過優(yōu)化部分機械結(jié)構(gòu)參數(shù),進而提升閥芯力學性能的研究方法。設(shè)計了一種基于均勻設(shè)計試驗法的閥芯力學性能的仿真試驗方案,借助于有限元法、均勻設(shè)計試驗、動態(tài)響應(yīng)模型等研究方法,分析了各參數(shù)對結(jié)構(gòu)優(yōu)化影響的敏感度,求解了多指標函數(shù)與結(jié)構(gòu)參數(shù)之間的動態(tài)響應(yīng)模型。最后,利用指標圖譜和遺傳算法對結(jié)構(gòu)參數(shù)進行了優(yōu)化計算,對比了均勻設(shè)計試驗法和指標圖譜法的優(yōu)化結(jié)果。結(jié)果表明,均勻設(shè)計試驗和指標圖譜優(yōu)化結(jié)果十分接近,均勻設(shè)計試驗法適用于閥芯力學性能的優(yōu)化設(shè)計。
[Abstract]:Aiming at the problem that the mechanical properties of the valve core do not meet the design requirements when the cone valve core material is copper in the on-line inspection system of relief valve, the optimization of some mechanical structure parameters is put forward. A simulation test scheme based on uniform design test method is designed to improve the mechanical properties of the spool. By means of finite element method, uniform design test, dynamic response model, etc. The sensitivity of each parameter to structural optimization is analyzed, and the dynamic response model between multi-index function and structural parameter is solved. Finally, the structural parameters are optimized by using index map and genetic algorithm. The optimization results of uniform design test method and index map method are compared. The results show that the uniform design test method is very close to the index map optimization result, and the uniform design test method is suitable for the optimization design of the mechanical properties of the valve core.
