【摘要】:高溫下動(dòng)設(shè)備經(jīng)常會(huì)發(fā)生事故。本文結(jié)合實(shí)際案例,分析了高溫蒸汽管道對離心壓縮機(jī)進(jìn)口受力問題;贑aesarⅡ軟件進(jìn)行建模受力分析,提出了調(diào)整管道支架及靜設(shè)備支座來減小管口推力的方案,改變管線走向來減小管口推力的方案,管口設(shè)置膨脹節(jié)來減振和減小管口推力的方案,對于動(dòng)設(shè)備進(jìn)出口管線的結(jié)構(gòu)設(shè)計(jì)具有實(shí)用價(jià)值。
