基于軸向力自由控制的磁懸浮飛輪基座振動(dòng)抑制

【摘要】:高速磁懸浮飛輪殼體或機(jī)座振動(dòng)是影響運(yùn)行精度的關(guān)鍵問題。對(duì)于外轉(zhuǎn)子式飛輪結(jié)構(gòu),當(dāng)轉(zhuǎn)子軸向基準(zhǔn)面與轉(zhuǎn)子旋轉(zhuǎn)軸線之間的垂直度精度在一定范圍內(nèi)時(shí),這種形位誤差會(huì)導(dǎo)致額外的基座振動(dòng);耐l振動(dòng)幅值由轉(zhuǎn)子自身的殘余不平衡和位移傳感器測量面的形位誤差同時(shí)決定。因此,該文在傳統(tǒng)力自由控制基礎(chǔ)上提出了軸向力自由控制方法對(duì)基座的軸向振動(dòng)進(jìn)行抑制。通過實(shí)驗(yàn)比較了不開啟不平衡控制、僅開啟徑向不平衡控制和同時(shí)開啟徑向、軸向不平衡控制3種情況,驗(yàn)證了在轉(zhuǎn)子各自由度同時(shí)開啟不平衡控制能更有效地減小基座振動(dòng)。實(shí)驗(yàn)結(jié)果表明:在工作轉(zhuǎn)速下,該方法能有效地消除轉(zhuǎn)子軸向的同頻振動(dòng)力,抑制基座振動(dòng)。同時(shí),也證明了在承擔(dān)重力方向同樣也能實(shí)現(xiàn)力自由控制,與磁軸承僅有徑向力自由的不平衡控制方法相比,拓寬了不平衡力自由控制方法的應(yīng)用領(lǐng)域,取得了較好的振動(dòng)控制效果。
[Abstract]:The vibration of a high-speed maglev flywheel shell or frame is a key problem affecting the operating accuracy. For an outer-rotor flywheel structure, when the perpendicularity between the rotor axial datum and the rotor rotation axis line is within a certain range, The same frequency vibration amplitude of the base is determined simultaneously by the residual unbalance of the rotor itself and the shape and position error of the measuring surface of the displacement sensor. In this paper, based on the traditional force free control, an axial force free control method is proposed to suppress the axial vibration of the base. The unopened unbalanced control is compared by experiments, only the radial unbalance control is opened and the radial unbalance control is opened at the same time. Three cases of axial unbalance control have been proved to be more effective in reducing the vibration of the base at the same time of opening the unbalance control at various degrees of freedom of the rotor. The experimental results show that the method can effectively eliminate the axial vibration force of the rotor at the working speed. At the same time, it is proved that force free control can also be realized in bearing the direction of gravity. Compared with the unbalanced control method of magnetic bearing with only radial force freedom, the application field of unbalance force free control method is widened. Better vibration control effect has been achieved.
