【摘要】：為解決機械產(chǎn)品綠色設(shè)計中材料選擇的多目標決策問題,提出了一種將模糊層次分析法與熵權(quán)理想點法集成的求解模型。該模型利用層次分析法將材料的機械性能、工藝性能、經(jīng)濟屬性和環(huán)境屬性四個方面作為評價指標,分別利用模糊層次分析法和熵權(quán)法對各指標進行主觀權(quán)重和客觀權(quán)重求解,并運用乘法合成歸一法求得綜合權(quán)重,進而利用理想點法求得各備選材料方案的貼近度。選擇貼近度最大的方案作為最佳方案。該模型可為面向綠色設(shè)計的材料選擇研究中選擇方法提供一定的參考價值。
[Abstract]:In order to solve the multi-objective decision problem of material selection in green design of mechanical products, a solution model integrating fuzzy analytic hierarchy process (AHP) and entropy weight ideal point method is proposed. Four aspects of economic attribute and environment attribute are used as evaluation indexes. The subjective weight and objective weight of each index are solved by using fuzzy analytic hierarchy process (AHP) and entropy weight method, and the comprehensive weight is obtained by multiplicative synthesis normalization method. By using the ideal point method, the closeness degree of each alternative material scheme is obtained, and the scheme with the greatest closeness degree is chosen as the best scheme. The model can provide some reference value for the selection method of material selection for green design.
