PCE超越離合器彈簧的磨損及疲勞壽命分析

【摘要】:PCE超越離合器的彈簧運動、受載復(fù)雜,其壽命直接影響離合器的可靠性。文中采用動力學(xué)仿真方法對離合器接合及穩(wěn)定傳動階段彈簧與楔塊的相對速度進(jìn)行了分析,基于Archard磨損模型計算獲得了離合器接合瞬態(tài)與穩(wěn)定傳動兩種狀態(tài)下彈簧磨損斷裂的時間。通過有限元方法分析了離合器接合狀態(tài)下彈簧應(yīng)力,采用Manson-Coffin模型對彈簧疲勞壽命進(jìn)行了預(yù)測。研究結(jié)果表明:彈簧最大應(yīng)力出現(xiàn)在彈簧與楔塊側(cè)槽接觸處;彈簧疲勞裂紋產(chǎn)生壽命長于磨損斷裂壽命,即彈簧的壽命取決于磨損。文中研究可為PCE離合器中彈簧的設(shè)計提供依據(jù)。
[Abstract]:The spring movement of PCE overrunning clutch is complicated, and its life directly affects the reliability of clutch. In this paper, the relative velocity of spring and wedge in clutch joint and steady transmission stage is analyzed by dynamic simulation method. Based on the Archard wear model, the time of the spring wear fracture in the clutch joint transient state and the stable transmission state is obtained. The spring stress in the clutch joint state is analyzed by the finite element method. The Manson-Coffin model is used to predict the fatigue life of the spring. The results show that the maximum stress of the spring occurs at the contact point between the spring and the side slot of the wedge, and the fatigue crack life of the spring is longer than that of the wear fracture. That is, the life of the spring depends on the wear. The research in this paper can provide the basis for the design of the spring in the PCE clutch.
