纖維定量檢測系統(tǒng)中燒杯組件翻轉(zhuǎn)機構(gòu)優(yōu)化設(shè)計

【摘要】:針對混紡纖維定量檢測系統(tǒng)中燒杯組件的功能需求,選用兩擺動導(dǎo)桿機構(gòu)串聯(lián)的平面六桿機構(gòu)實現(xiàn)翻轉(zhuǎn)倒液功能。建立了該六桿機構(gòu)運動學(xué)方程,得出導(dǎo)桿擺動角位移、速度、加速度函數(shù)。根據(jù)燒杯組件翻轉(zhuǎn)過程中對振動性能的特殊考慮,建立了求解加速度波動最小的約束優(yōu)化模型。通過復(fù)合形法在MATLAB中實現(xiàn)了該約束優(yōu)化問題的求解,并顯示優(yōu)化前后的導(dǎo)桿擺動曲線圖。研究結(jié)論對提高混紡纖維定量檢測系統(tǒng)中燒杯組件翻轉(zhuǎn)運動的穩(wěn)定性具有重要的現(xiàn)實意義。
[Abstract]:According to the functional requirements of the beaker component fiber blended quantitative detection system, the planar six bar mechanism with two swing guide bar mechanism in series to achieve reverse liquid function. The six bar kinematic equations, draw rod angular displacement, velocity, acceleration function. According to the special consideration of the vibration performance of the process of burning flip cup assembly, built to solve the constrained optimization model of the minimum acceleration fluctuation. The complex method implements the constrained optimization problem in MATLAB, and display the guide rod swing curves before and after optimization. The research conclusion has important practical significance for improving the stability of blended fiber quantitative detection system in the beaker assembly turnover movement.
