基于Span Wagner狀態(tài)方程的二氧化碳管道數(shù)值仿真

【摘要】:二氧化碳捕集與封存可在短期內(nèi)有效降低空氣中的二氧化碳含量,緩解溫室效應(yīng),具有重大環(huán)保價(jià)值和戰(zhàn)略意義。作為捕集和封存的中間過(guò)程,管道輸送是目前比較經(jīng)濟(jì)有效的二氧化碳輸送方式。采用Matlab編程計(jì)算,利用Span Wagner狀態(tài)方程計(jì)算和分析了純二氧化碳的物性參數(shù)(密度、黏度、比熱等),并建立了一維可壓縮流體管道模型,對(duì)二氧化碳管道在氣源參數(shù)波動(dòng)、開(kāi)閥、關(guān)閥等條件下的管道瞬態(tài)特性進(jìn)行了研究。揭示了二氧化碳管道在快瞬變流動(dòng)條件下的管道沿線參數(shù)變化規(guī)律,為二氧化碳管道的高效運(yùn)行和安全控制提供理論指導(dǎo)。
[Abstract]:Carbon dioxide capture and sequestration can effectively reduce the carbon dioxide content in the air and alleviate Greenhouse Effect in the short term, which is of great environmental value and strategic significance. Pipeline transportation is a more economical and effective way to transport carbon dioxide at present. The physical parameters (density, viscosity) of pure carbon dioxide are calculated and analyzed by Matlab programming and Span Wagner equation of state. A one-dimensional compressible fluid pipeline model is established for the fluctuation of the parameters of the carbon dioxide pipeline in the gas source and the opening of the valve. The transient characteristics of the pipeline under the condition of closing valve and so on are studied, and the variation law of the parameters along the pipeline under the condition of fast transient flow of carbon dioxide pipeline is revealed, which provides theoretical guidance for the efficient operation and safety control of the carbon dioxide pipeline.
