基于Adams有軌起重機的非圓軌道修正及動態(tài)仿真

【摘要】:為了解決有軌起重機在轉(zhuǎn)彎時,出現(xiàn)的啃軌問題。提出先修正內(nèi)側(cè)軌道再修正外側(cè)軌道的方法。對于內(nèi)側(cè)軌道,在直線段和圓弧段軌道加入一段緩和曲線,使曲率半徑從無窮大逐漸過渡到圓弧曲率半徑;對于外側(cè)軌道,通過四角門框計算出外側(cè)兩角點的軌跡。通過求兩角點軌跡的中線,即四角門框的外側(cè)軌道,再疊加多輪修正值δ進一步修正外側(cè)軌道。應(yīng)用Adams進行動態(tài)仿真,驗證修正軌道是否可以安全通過,并用Adams仿真優(yōu)化起重機基距、平衡梁尺寸。結(jié)果表明,加入的回旋線長度Ls越大,有軌起重機大車在轉(zhuǎn)彎時,出現(xiàn)的偏移量越小。同時,得出有軌起重機平衡梁和基距最優(yōu)解。
[Abstract]:In order to solve the problem of gnawing the rail when the rail crane turns, the method of correcting the inner track and then the outer track is put forward. For the inner track, a relaxation curve is added to the line and arc track. The curvature radius is gradually transferred from infinity to arc curvature radius; for the outer orbit, the trajectory of the outer two corners is calculated by the quadrangular door frame, and the outer orbit of the quadrangular door frame is obtained by finding the central line of the trajectory of the two corners, that is, the outer orbit of the quadrangular door frame. The lateral track is further modified by superposition of multi-wheel correction value 未. The dynamic simulation with Adams is carried out to verify whether the modified track can pass safely. The base distance of crane is optimized by Adams simulation and the size of the balance beam is optimized. The results show that, The greater the raceway length of the rail crane is, the smaller the deviation will be. At the same time, the optimal solution of the equilibrium beam and the base distance of the rail crane can be obtained.
