【摘要】：針對部分野外密閉電子設(shè)備有保持設(shè)備機箱內(nèi)外氣壓平衡的設(shè)計需求,介紹了透氣膜材料透氣原理,進行了防水透氣閥的透氣量和透濕性驗證試驗,證實了防水透氣閥的高透氣、透濕性能。對試驗數(shù)據(jù)進行綜合分析,提出了保持機箱內(nèi)外氣壓平衡的設(shè)計方法,強調(diào)了密封機箱內(nèi)部防潮設(shè)計的重要性。密封結(jié)構(gòu)工程實踐驗證了內(nèi)外氣壓平衡效果。
[Abstract]:In order to meet the design requirement of keeping the balance of air pressure inside and outside the cabinet of some field airtight electronic equipment, this paper introduces the air permeability principle of the membrane material, and carries out the air permeability and moisture permeability verification test of the waterproof air permeable valve. The high permeability and moisture permeability of the waterproof air permeable valve are confirmed. The design method of keeping the balance of air pressure inside and outside the chassis is put forward by synthetically analyzing the test data. The importance of the internal dampproof design of the sealed chassis is emphasized, and the effect of the internal and external air pressure balance is verified by the engineering practice of the sealing structure.
