基于網(wǎng)絡(luò)分析的作業(yè)車間故障資源評價方法研究

【摘要】:針對作業(yè)車間中不同的故障資源對車間網(wǎng)絡(luò)影響程度不同,結(jié)合網(wǎng)絡(luò)屬性和制造屬性構(gòu)建車間網(wǎng)絡(luò)節(jié)點影響力指標體系,在層次分析法的基礎(chǔ)上,改進網(wǎng)絡(luò)層次分析法(ANP)的結(jié)構(gòu)以及標度指數(shù)提出改進網(wǎng)絡(luò)層次分析法(IANP),對車間網(wǎng)絡(luò)中故障節(jié)點影響力進行分析及排序。網(wǎng)絡(luò)層引入復(fù)雜網(wǎng)絡(luò)理論,以制造資源為節(jié)點,工藝約束為連邊構(gòu)建車間網(wǎng)絡(luò)。對網(wǎng)絡(luò)層進行定量分析,對控制層進行定性分析,提高了評價分析的精確性。通過將文章中算法和度中心性、接近中心性、LeaderRank算法以及節(jié)點刪除法進行對比,驗證了該指標體系以及模型的有效性。
[Abstract]:Aiming at the different influence degree of different fault resources on the workshop network in the job shop, combining the network attribute and the manufacturing attribute, the influence index system of the workshop network node is constructed, and based on the analytic hierarchy process (AHP), the influence index system of the workshop network node is constructed. The structure and scale index of the improved network hierarchy process (ANPs) are proposed to analyze and sort the influence of the fault nodes in the workshop network. The network layer introduces the complex network theory and takes the manufacturing resources as the node. The process constraint is to build the workshop network with continuous edges. The quantitative analysis of the network layer and the qualitative analysis of the control layer are carried out to improve the accuracy of the evaluation and analysis. The effectiveness of the index system and the model is verified by comparing the near centrality LeaderRank algorithm and the node deletion method.
