【摘要】：自動(dòng)售貨行業(yè)正在進(jìn)入蓬勃發(fā)展的時(shí)期,網(wǎng)絡(luò)技術(shù)特別是移動(dòng)支付技術(shù)的突破,進(jìn)一步促進(jìn)了自動(dòng)售貨行業(yè)的發(fā)展。但是目前我國(guó)常見(jiàn)的自動(dòng)售貨機(jī)能夠覆蓋的商品種類還很有限,同時(shí)習(xí)慣了現(xiàn)代都市化生活的人們對(duì)自動(dòng)售貨形式及其內(nèi)容也有了更高的要求。本文結(jié)合自動(dòng)售貨業(yè)的實(shí)際情況,進(jìn)行了詳細(xì)研究分析,提出了無(wú)人微型超市的新概念,該模式能夠滿足更大范圍內(nèi)的商品種類銷售。通過(guò)對(duì)無(wú)人微型超市進(jìn)行市場(chǎng)調(diào)研和需求分析,本文確定了無(wú)人微型超市的總體設(shè)計(jì)方案,將無(wú)人微型超市分為針對(duì)較大物件的自動(dòng)取貨機(jī)、較小商品的立式圓筒售貨機(jī)和常規(guī)商品的新型自動(dòng)售貨機(jī),以及作為補(bǔ)充的新型格子便利柜等幾個(gè)模塊。創(chuàng)新設(shè)計(jì)了立式圓筒售貨機(jī)、新型格子便利柜的雙重柜門機(jī)構(gòu)、自動(dòng)取貨機(jī)的雙深位伸縮貨叉機(jī)構(gòu)以及新型自動(dòng)售貨機(jī)的載貨平臺(tái)機(jī)構(gòu)等,并對(duì)主要零部件進(jìn)行設(shè)計(jì)和選型計(jì)算。為驗(yàn)證布局合理性以及設(shè)計(jì)方案的可靠性和安全性,本文對(duì)無(wú)人微型超市各零部件進(jìn)行了三維建模,并完成虛擬裝配,對(duì)其關(guān)鍵部位進(jìn)行了剛度和強(qiáng)度校核。同時(shí),本文進(jìn)行了無(wú)人微型超市控制系統(tǒng)的設(shè)計(jì),設(shè)計(jì)了友好的人機(jī)交互界面。
[Abstract]:The automatic sales industry is entering a period of vigorous development, the breakthrough of network technology, especially mobile payment technology. It has further promoted the development of the vending industry. But at present, the common vending machines in our country can cover a limited variety of goods. At the same time, people who are used to modern urbanized life also have higher requirements for the form and content of automatic sales. This paper makes a detailed study and analysis combined with the actual situation of the auto sales industry. This paper puts forward a new concept of unmanned micro-supermarket, which can meet the needs of a wider range of commodity sales. Through the market research and demand analysis of unmanned micro-supermarket. In this paper, the overall design scheme of the unmanned micro-supermarket is determined, which is divided into three categories: the automatic pick-up machine for the larger objects, the vertical cylinder vending machine for the smaller goods and the new type vending machine for the conventional goods. As well as as a supplement to the new grid convenience cabinet and other modules. Innovative design of vertical cylinder vending machine, a new type of grid convenience cabinet double cabinet door mechanism. The double deep position telescopic fork mechanism of the automatic cargo picker and the loading platform mechanism of the new type vending machine. In order to verify the rationality of the layout and the reliability and safety of the design scheme, this paper carries out the three-dimensional modeling of the components of the unattended supermarket, and completes the virtual assembly. The stiffness and strength of the key parts are checked. At the same time, the control system of the unmanned supermarket is designed, and the friendly man-machine interface is designed.
