基于液壓泵和電機(jī)能量轉(zhuǎn)換效率提升的液壓系統(tǒng)節(jié)能方法

【摘要】:由于世界能源危機(jī)越來(lái)越引起人們的關(guān)注,隨之而來(lái)的節(jié)能問(wèn)題也相應(yīng)成為人們關(guān)注的焦點(diǎn)。在我國(guó),由于工業(yè)所占比重很大,以高碳能源為主的工業(yè)能耗占全社會(huì)能量消耗的70%左右,造成高能耗的同時(shí)也增加了碳的排放,對(duì)我國(guó)節(jié)能環(huán)保產(chǎn)生了嚴(yán)重的影響。在人們節(jié)能意識(shí)普遍提高的條件下,以高碳能耗為特點(diǎn)的制造業(yè)正面臨節(jié)能的挑戰(zhàn),本文以液壓成型裝備為節(jié)能研究對(duì)象,對(duì)其能耗特點(diǎn)進(jìn)行分析,并結(jié)合液壓機(jī)工況對(duì)其能耗進(jìn)行優(yōu)化。 本文首先從液壓系統(tǒng)節(jié)能的角度對(duì)液壓機(jī)工作過(guò)程中的能耗特點(diǎn)進(jìn)行了分析,分析結(jié)果表明,在液壓系統(tǒng)的實(shí)際能耗中,液壓泵和電機(jī)的能量轉(zhuǎn)換損失以及系統(tǒng)功率匹配不當(dāng)造成的損失所占比例最大。本文在以解決液壓系統(tǒng)功率匹配損耗為目的的變頻節(jié)能理論基礎(chǔ)上,對(duì)變頻電機(jī)變量泵驅(qū)動(dòng)方式的能耗進(jìn)行理論優(yōu)化分析。通過(guò)建立液壓系統(tǒng)變頻電機(jī)變量泵、變頻電機(jī)定量泵以及工頻電機(jī)變量泵三種驅(qū)動(dòng)方式下的Simulink與AMESim聯(lián)合仿真模型,并對(duì)以上三種驅(qū)動(dòng)方式的能耗進(jìn)行比較,結(jié)果表明,以上三種驅(qū)動(dòng)方式都能實(shí)現(xiàn)功率匹配的目的,但不同驅(qū)動(dòng)方式下的液壓泵和電機(jī)的能量轉(zhuǎn)換效率不同,其中變頻電機(jī)變量泵驅(qū)動(dòng)方式不僅滿足了液壓系統(tǒng)功率匹配的要求,同時(shí)也提升了液壓泵和電機(jī)的能量轉(zhuǎn)換效率。
[Abstract]:As the world energy crisis is getting more and more attention, the energy saving problem has become the focus of attention. In our country, because of the large proportion of industry. Industrial energy consumption, which is dominated by high carbon energy, accounts for about 70% of the total social energy consumption, which results in high energy consumption and also increases carbon emissions. Energy saving and environmental protection have a serious impact on our country. Under the condition that people's energy saving consciousness is raised generally, the manufacturing industry characterized by high carbon energy consumption is facing the challenge of energy saving. In this paper, hydraulic molding equipment is taken as the research object of energy saving. The characteristics of energy consumption are analyzed, and the energy consumption of hydraulic press is optimized. This paper first analyzes the characteristics of energy consumption in hydraulic press working process from the point of view of energy saving of hydraulic system. The analysis results show that in the actual energy consumption of hydraulic system. The energy conversion loss of hydraulic pump and motor and the loss caused by the improper power matching of the system account for the largest proportion. This paper is based on the theory of frequency conversion and energy saving aiming at solving the power matching loss of hydraulic system. The energy consumption of variable variable pump drive mode of variable frequency motor is optimized and analyzed theoretically. The variable variable pump of variable frequency motor of hydraulic system is established. The combined simulation model of Simulink and AMESim under three driving modes of variable variable pump and variable pump of frequency conversion motor is presented. The energy consumption of these three driving modes is compared and the results show that. The above three driving modes can achieve the purpose of power matching, but the energy conversion efficiency of hydraulic pump and motor under different driving modes is different. Variable-frequency motor variable pump drive not only meets the requirements of hydraulic system power matching, but also improves the efficiency of energy conversion between hydraulic pump and motor.
