電傳動自卸車電氣傳動系統(tǒng)電制動器設(shè)計

【摘要】:電傳動自卸車作為重要的大載重量運(yùn)輸設(shè)備,當(dāng)其在較高的車速下制動時,傳統(tǒng)單獨的機(jī)械制動已不能滿足需要,而電制動作為重要的制動形式在此種工況下發(fā)揮重要作用,是車輛安全性運(yùn)行的重要保證。根據(jù)電制動器的結(jié)構(gòu)特點和功能特征,以某自卸車1700V/200A電制動器設(shè)計與實現(xiàn)為依托,對電制動器進(jìn)行電路和軟件設(shè)計及調(diào)試。在電制動器的研究中,按照電動輪車輛電氣傳動系統(tǒng)的功率級別,選擇高可靠性的大功率電力電子器件,設(shè)計并實現(xiàn)了一款能夠滿足研究車輛功率需求的1200V200A制動器系統(tǒng),該系統(tǒng)也基于32位DSP處理器和CAN總線。搭建電傳動系統(tǒng)試驗臺,通過電制動器實驗證明可以實現(xiàn)設(shè)計的全部功能,并且其功率已經(jīng)可以滿足研究車輛的電氣傳動系統(tǒng)中電制動器需要,為實車試驗及同類產(chǎn)品設(shè)計提供參考。
[Abstract]:As an important heavy load transport equipment, the traditional mechanical brake can not meet the requirement when the electric dump truck is braking at a higher speed. As an important form of braking, electric brake plays an important role in this condition, and it is an important guarantee for the safety of vehicle operation. According to the structural and functional characteristics of the electric brake. Based on the design and realization of an electric brake of 1700V / 200A of a dump truck, the circuit and software of the electric brake are designed and debugged. According to the power level of electric drive system of electric wheeled vehicle, high power electronic devices with high reliability are selected. A 1200V200A brake system is designed and implemented, which can meet the requirements of vehicle power. The system is also based on 32-bit DSP processor and CAN bus. It is proved by the experiment of electric brake that all the functions of the design can be realized, and its power can meet the needs of electric brake in the electric transmission system of the research vehicle, which provides a reference for the actual vehicle test and the design of similar products.
