【摘要】：對閥蓋處裝有滴水盤的超低溫閥門進(jìn)行傳熱分析,推導(dǎo)出滴水盤及閥蓋的溫度場,得出在保證填料溫度大于0℃時長頸閥蓋最小長度的計算方法;并利用此數(shù)學(xué)模型,分析了導(dǎo)熱系數(shù)、滴水盤的尺寸及安裝數(shù)量等因素對長頸閥蓋最小長度的影響,得出通過增加滴水盤數(shù)量、降低導(dǎo)熱系數(shù)可以有效縮短閥蓋的最小長度.
