【摘要】:為了完整、準(zhǔn)確地復(fù)現(xiàn)摩擦接觸界面間的力學(xué)行為和描述其能量耗散特性,提出了一種考慮法向載荷變化的Iwan模型.在連接界面的法向上,該模型采用一個(gè)非線性彈簧來(lái)描述界面法向載荷變化和間歇性分離的行為,在其切向上則采用原始Iwan模型來(lái)描述界面間的微滑和宏滑行為;推導(dǎo)了切法向耦合作用下模型的恢復(fù)力和位移關(guān)系的表達(dá)式,給出了模型運(yùn)動(dòng)狀態(tài)轉(zhuǎn)換點(diǎn)的判據(jù);并以簡(jiǎn)化的摩擦阻尼器模型為對(duì)象,求解了振動(dòng)系統(tǒng)在簡(jiǎn)諧激勵(lì)作用下的動(dòng)力學(xué)響應(yīng),討論了不同激勵(lì)參數(shù)對(duì)系統(tǒng)動(dòng)力學(xué)特性的影響.分析表明,當(dāng)法向載荷為常值時(shí),該模型退化為Iwan模型,從而驗(yàn)證了模型的準(zhǔn)確性;該模型考慮了切向微滑行為和法向載荷變化的動(dòng)態(tài)耦合,相比于不考慮法向載荷變化的模型能夠更加完善、準(zhǔn)確地模擬接觸界面間的力學(xué)行為及其對(duì)系統(tǒng)振動(dòng)響應(yīng)預(yù)測(cè)的影響;連接界面的法向分離不僅會(huì)減弱系統(tǒng)的阻尼性能,使得系統(tǒng)動(dòng)響應(yīng)很高,而且會(huì)增強(qiáng)系統(tǒng)響應(yīng)的非線性程度,在實(shí)際工程應(yīng)用中應(yīng)盡量避免.
[Abstract]:In order to completely and accurately reproduce the mechanical behavior of friction contact interface and describe its energy dissipation characteristics, a Iwan model considering the variation of normal load is proposed, which is normally upward at the interface. In this model, a nonlinear spring is used to describe the behavior of normal load variation and intermittent separation of the interface, while the original Iwan model is used to describe the interfacial microgliding and macro gliding behavior in its tangent direction. The expression of the relationship between the restoring force and the displacement of the model under tangential coupling is derived, and the criterion of the transition point of the model motion state is given. Taking the simplified friction damper model as the object, the dynamic response of the vibration system under simple harmonic excitation is solved, and the influence of different excitation parameters on the dynamic characteristics of the system is discussed. When the normal load is constant, the model degenerates to Iwan model, which verifies the accuracy of the model. The model takes into account the dynamic coupling between the tangential micro-slip behavior and the normal load variation, which is more perfect than the model without considering the normal load variation. The mechanical behavior of the contact interface and its influence on the prediction of the vibration response of the system are simulated accurately. The normal separation of the connecting interface not only weakens the damping performance of the system and makes the dynamic response of the system very high, but also enhances the nonlinearity of the system response, which should be avoided in practical engineering applications.
