【摘要】:對(duì)彈簧鋼51CrV4中多元微量元素耦合作用進(jìn)行了熱力學(xué)分析,研究各微量元素在不同溫度下的固溶與析出情況,并系統(tǒng)分析了熱處理行為對(duì)其組織與性能的影響。結(jié)果表明:彈簧鋼51CrV4中各微量元素的固溶量隨溫度的降低而減小,且元素Ti、N在高溫階段其固溶量急速下降,元素V、C主要在1000℃以下,其固溶量急速減小;當(dāng)溫度為800℃時(shí),鋼中[V]為0.01260717%,[Ti]為3.99E-6%,[N]為3.3527E-4%,[C]為0.49146313%以及析出物總摩爾量t為0.00278269mol;彈簧鋼51CrV4的屈服強(qiáng)度和抗拉強(qiáng)度隨回火溫度的升高而整體呈下降趨勢(shì),而伸長(zhǎng)率和斷面收縮率變化較小;當(dāng)回火溫度為380℃時(shí),其R_(eL)為1590MPa,R_m為1755MPa,A為8.6%以及Z為41.3%,組織為回火屈氏體+回火馬氏體;末端淬透性試驗(yàn)顯示HRC隨距端部距離的增大而逐漸減小。當(dāng)距離為5mm時(shí),硬度為59.7HRC,組織為馬氏體;當(dāng)距離為35mm時(shí),硬度為46.7HRC,組織為馬氏體+貝氏體。
[Abstract]:The coupling effect of multi-element trace elements in spring steel 51CrV4 was thermodynamically analyzed, and the solid solution and precipitation of trace elements at different temperatures were studied. The effects of heat treatment behavior on the microstructure and properties of spring steel 51CrV4 were systematically analyzed. The results showed that the solution amount of trace elements in spring steel 51CrV4 decreased with the decrease of temperature, and the element Ti. In the high temperature stage, the solid solution content of N decreases rapidly, and that of the element VG C decreases rapidly under 1000 鈩,
