【摘要】:隨著現(xiàn)代工業(yè)的發(fā)展,以智能制造為核心的工業(yè)戰(zhàn)略迅速引領(lǐng)制造業(yè)革新,對廣泛應(yīng)用的油封提出了迫切需求。因此,關(guān)于油封的密封技術(shù)以及產(chǎn)品設(shè)計技術(shù)需要深入研究,不斷革新,以縮短設(shè)計周期,提高設(shè)計效率。本文在對旋轉(zhuǎn)式骨架油封產(chǎn)品參數(shù)化設(shè)計充分研究的基礎(chǔ)上,對旋轉(zhuǎn)式骨架油封功能的關(guān)鍵影響因素與密封性能的作用關(guān)系進行了數(shù)值模擬分析,總結(jié)歸納各關(guān)鍵參數(shù)對總體性能的影響規(guī)律,并且將分析結(jié)果反饋到產(chǎn)品設(shè)計中,進而提出應(yīng)用系列化設(shè)計方法和模塊化配置設(shè)計方法。(1)針對旋轉(zhuǎn)式骨架油封的功能特點,通過對其結(jié)構(gòu)分析,總結(jié)歸納出對密封性能有決定性影響的結(jié)構(gòu)參數(shù)。本文重點研究的結(jié)構(gòu)參數(shù)主要包括:過盈量、油面角、氣面角、R值、腰部厚度、腰部長度。同時,也對彈簧和腔體內(nèi)壓力作了研究。通過分析得到各關(guān)鍵參數(shù)對密封性能的影響作用規(guī)律,為產(chǎn)品設(shè)計研究和進一步的密封性能研究提供借鑒。(2)課題對骨架油封密封唇口接觸處的流場進行了理想條件的流體動力學(xué)分析。從泵吸理論模型的兩個方面分析油封主唇配合區(qū)域:非對稱的斜唇結(jié)構(gòu)和接觸表面皺紋結(jié)構(gòu)。首先,取不同主唇配合區(qū)結(jié)構(gòu)參數(shù)和不同工況條件時,對非對稱斜唇結(jié)構(gòu)與泵吸作用關(guān)系進行了分析討論;其次,針對接觸表面皺紋結(jié)構(gòu)組織建立了理想化模型,并分析了其對泵吸效應(yīng)的影響作用。研究結(jié)果表明,各關(guān)鍵參數(shù)與密封性能的變化關(guān)系都有各自的不同規(guī)律。(3)通過油封參數(shù)化設(shè)計研究項目的實踐,總結(jié)了旋轉(zhuǎn)式骨架油封結(jié)構(gòu)參數(shù)化設(shè)計特點;诮Y(jié)構(gòu)設(shè)計的特點,結(jié)合油封關(guān)鍵參數(shù)與密封性能作用關(guān)系的分析結(jié)果,提出了在油封產(chǎn)品設(shè)計中應(yīng)用模塊化配置技術(shù)和系列化設(shè)計技術(shù)的方法,并進行了進一步研究。課題針對油封的結(jié)構(gòu)尺寸,根據(jù)其與密封功能的關(guān)系進行了分類設(shè)計。根據(jù)油封的規(guī)格尺寸、關(guān)鍵特征尺寸和局部特征尺寸,進行了相應(yīng)系列化研究。另外,根據(jù)產(chǎn)品不同部分功能不同,進行了模塊化的劃分,包括對內(nèi)密封流體的主唇模塊、對外防塵的副唇模塊和骨架裝配支撐部模塊。通過產(chǎn)品標準化的接口結(jié)構(gòu)進行不同模塊配置,進而得到不同系列或不同功能的產(chǎn)品。旋轉(zhuǎn)式骨架油封結(jié)構(gòu)和功能特性決定了其密封性能分析與結(jié)構(gòu)設(shè)計研究互為依據(jù)。據(jù)此研究提出的在油封產(chǎn)品設(shè)計中應(yīng)用系列化設(shè)計和模塊化配置設(shè)計方法,并應(yīng)用到油封的參數(shù)化設(shè)計系統(tǒng)當中,進行設(shè)計系統(tǒng)的進一步開發(fā),為提高油封產(chǎn)品的設(shè)計質(zhì)量和標準化工作奠定基礎(chǔ)。
[Abstract]:With the development of modern industry, as the core of the strategic industry rapidly lead manufacturing innovation to intelligent manufacturing, oil seal on the application put forward urgent demand. Therefore, the sealing of in-depth study, as well as the need for technical product design technology of oil seal innovation, so as to shorten the design cycle, improve design efficiency. Based on the sufficient research on skeleton oil seal product design of rotary parameter on the role of the key influencing factors on the rotary seal and sealing function of the relationship between the performance of the numerical simulation and analysis, summed up the law summed up the key parameters influence on overall performance, and the analysis result feedback to product design, and then put forward the application of series design method and module configuration design method. (3) through the practice of oil seal parametric design research project, summarizes the design features of rotary seal structure parameters.
