【摘要】:為研究在低速重載脂潤滑條件下向心關(guān)節(jié)軸承的摩擦學(xué)特性,在軸承內(nèi)圈外表面上采用激光微造型技術(shù)設(shè)計制造出隨機(jī)正方形凹坑、規(guī)則圓形凹坑、規(guī)則矩形凹槽三種不同形狀的微織構(gòu)。選用PWNS-200型電液伺服疲勞磨損拉扭試驗(yàn)機(jī),潤滑劑使用二硫化鉬鋰基脂,在不同載荷、轉(zhuǎn)速等工況條件下進(jìn)行試驗(yàn)研究,探討表面形貌中織構(gòu)形狀、深度和面積密度三個參數(shù)對向心關(guān)節(jié)軸承摩擦特性的影響規(guī)律。用三維表面形貌參數(shù)表征織構(gòu)的表面形貌,從而得出表征參數(shù)與摩擦系數(shù)的關(guān)系。在試驗(yàn)研究的基礎(chǔ)上,用有限元軟件ANSYS建立關(guān)節(jié)軸承的有限元模型,研究在額定靜載荷下,不同數(shù)量和尺寸的油槽對向心關(guān)節(jié)軸承應(yīng)力應(yīng)變等特性的影響,結(jié)合脂潤滑下的實(shí)際工況條件,對油槽參數(shù)提出了優(yōu)化方案。結(jié)果表明:脂潤滑狀態(tài)下,載荷、線速度等工況條件和深度、面積密度、形狀等織構(gòu)參數(shù)均會影響織構(gòu)表面的摩擦系數(shù);激光微織構(gòu)可以減小摩擦系數(shù),改善軸承的摩擦學(xué)性能,其中面積占有率為5%、深度為15μm的隨機(jī)正方形微織構(gòu)表面效果最好;高度參數(shù)、功能參數(shù)和特征參數(shù)表征效果較好,空間參數(shù)和混合參數(shù)的表征效果不理想;GE45ES向心關(guān)節(jié)軸承在脂潤滑條件下,最優(yōu)的油槽參數(shù)為:油槽數(shù)量為1,寬度為3.5 mm,深度為1.5 mm,開在內(nèi)圈外表面上。本研究可為向心關(guān)節(jié)軸承的織構(gòu)設(shè)計、表面形貌表征和油槽設(shè)計提供參考。
[Abstract]:In order to study the tribological characteristics of the radial joint bearing under the condition of low-speed and heavy-duty grease lubrication, the random square pits and regular circular pits were designed and manufactured on the inner and outer surface of the bearings by laser micro-modeling technology. There are three kinds of microtextures in regular rectangular grooves. PWNS-200 type electro-hydraulic servo-fatigue wear and torsion testing machine is used. The lubricant uses molybdenum disulfide lithium-based grease under different loads. Under the condition of rotational speed and other working conditions, the texture shape of the surface morphology was investigated. The influence of depth and area density on the friction characteristics of the radial joint bearing was studied. The surface morphology of the texture was characterized by three dimensional surface topography parameters. On the basis of experimental research, the finite element model of joint bearing is established by using finite element software ANSYS, and the finite element model is studied under rated static load. The effects of different numbers and sizes of oil grooves on the stress-strain and other characteristics of radial joint bearings are discussed. Combined with the actual operating conditions under grease lubrication, the optimization scheme of oil tank parameters is proposed. The results show that the load is under grease lubrication condition. The friction coefficient of texture surface can be affected by the parameters of linear velocity, depth, area density, shape and so on. Laser microtexture can reduce the friction coefficient and improve the tribological properties of bearing. The surface effect of random square microtexture with area occupation ratio of 5 渭 m and depth of 15 渭 m is the best. The performance of height parameter, function parameter and characteristic parameter is better than that of spatial parameter and mixed parameter. Under the condition of grease lubrication, the optimum parameters of GE45ES radial joint bearing are as follows: the number of oil tanks is 1, the width is 3. 5 mm, and the depth is 1. 5 mm. This study can be used as a reference for the texture design, surface morphology characterization and oil tank design of the centripetal joint bearing.
