【摘要】：當(dāng)前針對(duì)復(fù)雜產(chǎn)品MRO(maintenance,repair and overhaul/operations)的相關(guān)研究已經(jīng)成熟,但由于缺乏對(duì)服務(wù)BOM集成建模技術(shù)研究,使得MRO生命周期數(shù)據(jù)并沒有得到有效管控。首先分析了基于SBOM的MRO業(yè)務(wù)集成模型,理清了服務(wù)BOM和MRO服務(wù)之間的關(guān)系;然后,提出SBOM結(jié)構(gòu)模型和演化模型,并將SBOM與MRO業(yè)務(wù)集成;最后,基于清華大學(xué)MRO系統(tǒng)對(duì)SBOM進(jìn)行了集成開發(fā)。完成了服務(wù)階段的產(chǎn)品數(shù)據(jù)建模,支持復(fù)雜產(chǎn)品制造BOM向服務(wù)階段延伸。
[Abstract]:The current research on complex product and repair and over operation is mature. However, due to the lack of research on service BOM integration modeling technology, MRO lifecycle data has not been effectively controlled. Firstly, the MRO business integration model based on SBOM is analyzed. The relationship between service BOM and MRO service is clarified. Then, the SBOM structure model and the evolution model are proposed, and the SBOM and MRO business are integrated. Finally, the integrated development of SBOM based on Tsinghua University MRO system is carried out, and the product data modeling in service phase is completed, which supports the extension of complex product manufacturing BOM to service stage.
