【摘要】：在學(xué)風(fēng)日益濃厚的新時代背景下,企業(yè)的學(xué)習(xí)對于自身發(fā)展和創(chuàng)新而言,顯得至關(guān)重要。怎樣全面構(gòu)建和創(chuàng)設(shè)學(xué)習(xí)型組織,是當(dāng)今絕大多數(shù)企業(yè)所面臨的重點課題,同時也是市場經(jīng)濟(jì)轉(zhuǎn)型升級的重要突破口。相關(guān)研究表明,學(xué)習(xí)型組織的構(gòu)建和創(chuàng)設(shè),將是企業(yè)獲得又好又快、可持續(xù)發(fā)展的必由之路和基礎(chǔ)保障。因此,本論文在參考以往研究成果的基礎(chǔ)上,研究學(xué)習(xí)型組織和企業(yè)核心競爭力相關(guān)理論,詳細(xì)分析了學(xué)習(xí)型組織與核心競爭力的關(guān)系,明確了學(xué)習(xí)型組織建設(shè)對企業(yè)核心競爭力的主要構(gòu)成要素的重要影響。在理清了學(xué)習(xí)型組織和企業(yè)核心競爭力的關(guān)系之后,進(jìn)一步展開實證分析,進(jìn)一步驗證理論分析的合理性和實踐價值。主要是通過對JX集團(tuán)建設(shè)學(xué)習(xí)型組織做法的分析解剖,進(jìn)一步明確了學(xué)習(xí)型組織建設(shè)對核心競爭力的影響,前后對比了學(xué)習(xí)型組織建設(shè)給JX集團(tuán)核心競爭力帶來的變化,肯定了學(xué)習(xí)型組織建設(shè)對企業(yè)核心競爭力的積極作用。本文通過理論研究和實證研究,歸納、總結(jié)出學(xué)習(xí)型組織建設(shè)對企業(yè)核心競爭力提升的基礎(chǔ)作用和重要成效,從而基于該企業(yè)核心競爭力的提升對學(xué)習(xí)型組織的建設(shè)進(jìn)行完善和強(qiáng)化,并建立核心競爭力與學(xué)習(xí)型組織的雙向推進(jìn)模型進(jìn)行模型,從中分析進(jìn)一步強(qiáng)化學(xué)習(xí)型組織建設(shè)對核心競爭力的作用,提出對JX公司核心競爭力提升有針對性的意見和建議。
[Abstract]:In the background of the new era, the learning of enterprises is very important for their own development and innovation. How to build and create a learning organization in an all-round way. At the same time, it is also an important breakthrough in the transformation and upgrading of market economy. Related studies show that the construction and creation of learning organizations will be good and fast for enterprises. Therefore, based on the previous research results, this paper studies the relevant theories of learning organization and core competitiveness of enterprises. The relationship between learning organization and core competence is analyzed in detail. This paper clarifies the important influence of the construction of learning organization on the main elements of enterprise core competence. After clarifying the relationship between the learning organization and the core competence of the enterprise, the empirical analysis is carried out further. Further verify the rationality and practical value of theoretical analysis. Mainly through the analysis of JX group building learning organization practices, further clarify the construction of learning organization on the core competitiveness. This paper compares the changes of the core competence of JX Group with the construction of learning organization, and affirms the positive effect of the construction of learning organization on the core competence of enterprises. This paper summarizes the basic role and important effect of the construction of learning organization on the promotion of core competence of enterprises, so as to perfect and strengthen the construction of learning organization based on the promotion of core competence of the enterprise. And establish the model of core competence and learning organization bidirectional promotion model, from which to further strengthen the role of learning organization construction on core competitiveness. Put forward to the core competitiveness of JX company to enhance targeted opinions and suggestions.
