【摘要】：針對當前斗輪取料機取料重量監(jiān)測不及時的問題,根據(jù)斗輪驅動功率與斗輪取料量的匹配關系,對斗輪取料量在線動態(tài)實時監(jiān)測。建立了斗輪驅動泵控馬達閉式液壓系統(tǒng)數(shù)學模型和斗輪取料受力分析模型,分析了泵出口壓力、斗輪軸扭矩及取料量之間的關系。在斗輪轉速相對穩(wěn)定的情況下,通過實驗驗證,可以利用泵出口壓力在線動態(tài)實時監(jiān)測斗輪取料量。
[Abstract]:In order to solve the problem that the weight monitoring of bucket wheel feeder is not timely, according to the matching relation between bucket wheel driving power and bucket wheel material quantity. The mathematical model of closed hydraulic system of bucket wheel drive pump controlled motor and the analysis model of bucket wheel loading force are established, and the pump outlet pressure is analyzed. Under the condition that the rotation speed of bucket wheel is relatively stable, it is proved by experiment that the pump outlet pressure can be used to monitor the feed quantity of bucket wheel on line and in real time.
