【摘要】:篩分機(jī)械在生產(chǎn)生活的各個(gè)領(lǐng)域都有著廣泛的運(yùn)用,傳統(tǒng)篩分機(jī)械的已經(jīng)不能滿足人們?nèi)找嬖鲩L(zhǎng)的需求。傳統(tǒng)篩分機(jī)械篩分效率較低,篩分時(shí)篩孔易于被堵塞等缺點(diǎn)在現(xiàn)代社會(huì)工業(yè)生產(chǎn)加工中已經(jīng)愈發(fā)明顯;煦缋碚撌巧鲜兰o(jì)中頁(yè)被提出的一種新學(xué)說,在前人的努力下已經(jīng)證實(shí)混沌振動(dòng)在物料篩分上相對(duì)于傳統(tǒng)機(jī)械有著更大的優(yōu)勢(shì),更好的篩分效率,更大的物料處理量,與更強(qiáng)的透篩率。結(jié)合并聯(lián)機(jī)構(gòu)剛度、精度較高的特點(diǎn)、可以構(gòu)建復(fù)雜運(yùn)動(dòng)曲線等特點(diǎn),本文提出了綜合并聯(lián)機(jī)構(gòu)與混沌振動(dòng)理論的一種新型三自由度混沌振動(dòng)篩。通過ADAMS運(yùn)動(dòng)學(xué)虛擬樣機(jī)仿真軟件對(duì)其運(yùn)動(dòng)特性進(jìn)行仿真,再利用ADAMS、MATLAB、ANSYS軟件對(duì)其動(dòng)力學(xué)特性以及具體結(jié)構(gòu)進(jìn)行分析,基于TRIZ理論對(duì)其振動(dòng)篩結(jié)構(gòu)進(jìn)行優(yōu)化。具體工作如下所述:第一步:對(duì)三自由度混沌振動(dòng)篩按要求進(jìn)行具體設(shè)計(jì),創(chuàng)建三維模型,數(shù)學(xué)與動(dòng)力學(xué)模型,利用拓?fù)錂C(jī)構(gòu)學(xué)知識(shí)對(duì)振動(dòng)篩進(jìn)行機(jī)型分析,得到其DOF(自由度)為三平移,在對(duì)其建立運(yùn)動(dòng)學(xué)模型并且進(jìn)行分析。第二步:為使計(jì)算機(jī)模擬仿真時(shí)的計(jì)算量減小,對(duì)三自由度混沌振動(dòng)篩的三維模型進(jìn)行簡(jiǎn)化,其后通過ADAMS對(duì)簡(jiǎn)化模型進(jìn)行仿真,得到各方向受激勵(lì)輸出的響應(yīng)數(shù)據(jù)。第三步:利用MATLAB與ADAMS的后處理模塊對(duì)仿真得出的數(shù)據(jù)進(jìn)行混沌識(shí)別,確定振動(dòng)系統(tǒng)在工作時(shí)已經(jīng)進(jìn)入混沌狀態(tài)。第四步:基于TRIZ理論對(duì)初始設(shè)計(jì)的三自由度混沌振動(dòng)篩振幅調(diào)整困難進(jìn)行了優(yōu)化,增強(qiáng)振動(dòng)篩的適用性。第五步:使用ANSYS有限元分析軟件對(duì)三自由度混沌振動(dòng)篩篩架進(jìn)行六階模態(tài)分析,確定共振頻率區(qū),確保振動(dòng)篩在工作時(shí)避開共振區(qū),有效的提高設(shè)備壽命與安全性。
[Abstract]:Screening machinery has been widely used in all fields of production and life. The traditional screening machinery can not meet the increasing needs of people. The traditional screening machine is less efficient. In modern society, the defects of sieve holes being easily blocked have become more and more obvious in modern society. Chaos theory is a new theory which was put forward in 0th century. It has been proved that chaotic vibration has more advantages than traditional machinery in material screening, better screening efficiency, larger material handling capacity, stronger screening rate and stiffness of parallel mechanism. The characteristics of high precision can be used to construct complex motion curves. In this paper, a new three-degree-of-freedom chaotic vibrating screen is proposed, which integrates the parallel mechanism and chaotic vibration theory. Its motion characteristics are simulated by ADAMS kinematics virtual prototype simulation software. The dynamic characteristics and specific structure of the system are analyzed by using Adams MATLAB ANSYS software. Based on the TRIZ theory, the structure of the vibrating screen is optimized. The specific work is as follows: the first step: the three-degree-of-freedom chaotic vibrating screen according to the requirements of specific design, create three-dimensional model, mathematics and dynamics model. The DOF (degree of freedom) of the vibrating screen was analyzed by using the topological mechanism knowledge, and the DOF was obtained as three translation. The kinematics model is established and analyzed. The second step is to simplify the 3D model of the three-degree-of-freedom chaotic vibrating screen in order to reduce the computational complexity of computer simulation. Then the simplified model is simulated by ADAMS. The third step is to use the post-processing module of MATLAB and ADAMS to recognize the simulation data. 4th steps: based on the TRIZ theory, the amplitude adjustment of the three-degree-of-freedom chaotic vibrating screen is optimized. Enhance the applicability of vibrating screen. 5th steps: use ANSYS finite element analysis software to carry on the sixth order modal analysis to the three-degree-of-freedom chaotic vibrating screen frame to determine the resonance frequency region. Ensure that the vibrating screen avoids the resonance area in operation, effectively improve the equipment life and safety.
