【摘要】：根據(jù)快遞收件時必須"先驗視,后封箱"的規(guī)定,設(shè)計了具備遠(yuǎn)程驗視功能的智能寄件箱。基于遠(yuǎn)程音視頻傳輸、遠(yuǎn)程機器手臂控制、違規(guī)氣體探測等功能實現(xiàn)了快件遠(yuǎn)程驗視,杜絕了不同快遞員驗視標(biāo)準(zhǔn)不一致或者不驗視等問題的出現(xiàn);基于nRF52832構(gòu)建了藍(lán)牙散射網(wǎng),實現(xiàn)了機械手臂、中控計算機、手機或PDA的無線連接,使得該系統(tǒng)可無縫融入現(xiàn)有快遞柜系統(tǒng)中,降低了系統(tǒng)成本;基于自動體積測量技術(shù),實現(xiàn)了格口的自動適配選擇,避免了空間資源的浪費。經(jīng)運行測試,該系統(tǒng)性能穩(wěn)定、操作方便,各項性能達(dá)到了設(shè)計要求。
[Abstract]:According to the requirements of "prior view and rear seal", the intelligent mail box with remote visual function must be designed. Remote audio and video transmission, remote robot control and illegal gas detection and other functions to achieve a remote visual inspection based on express courier, put an end to the different visual inspection standard is not consistent or not depending on experience and other issues; nRF52832 is constructed based on Bluetooth scatternet, realizes the manipulator arm, control computer, mobile phone or wireless connection PDA, which makes the system can be seamlessly integrated into the existing express cabinet system, reduce the cost of the system; automatic volume measurement technology based on the grid opening automatic adaptation, avoid the waste of resources space. Through the operation test, the system has stable performance and convenient operation, and the performance meets the design requirements.
