【摘要】：根據(jù)關(guān)節(jié)軸承相關(guān)的熱傳導(dǎo)理論,建立了基于ABAQUS仿真軟件的動(dòng)態(tài)熱力耦合模型,分析了編織襯墊關(guān)節(jié)軸承溫度、應(yīng)力、變形的分布規(guī)律及摩擦熱對(duì)軸承力學(xué)性能和結(jié)構(gòu)尺寸的影響。運(yùn)用自制的關(guān)節(jié)軸承試驗(yàn)機(jī)對(duì)軸承溫度進(jìn)行實(shí)時(shí)測(cè)量,得到熱平衡狀態(tài)時(shí)關(guān)節(jié)軸承內(nèi)圈溫度場(chǎng)的分布,并與ABAQUS熱力耦合模型中關(guān)節(jié)軸承試驗(yàn)測(cè)點(diǎn)所對(duì)應(yīng)的溫度場(chǎng)分布進(jìn)行對(duì)比。結(jié)果表明:相較于無(wú)摩擦熱時(shí),有摩擦熱時(shí)內(nèi)圈和襯墊的變形量變小;在接觸區(qū)域襯墊變形呈現(xiàn)波動(dòng)分布,與內(nèi)圈的接觸面積變大。適當(dāng)?shù)哪Σ翜囟瓤梢跃徑饩幙椧r墊關(guān)節(jié)軸承的應(yīng)力變化,改善關(guān)節(jié)軸承的力學(xué)性能,延長(zhǎng)使用壽命。試驗(yàn)與仿真結(jié)果的一致性驗(yàn)證了仿真模型的準(zhǔn)確性。
[Abstract]:According to the theory of heat transfer in joint bearing, a dynamic thermal mechanical coupling model based on ABAQUS simulation software is established. The distribution law of temperature, stress and deformation of the knitted liner bearing is analyzed, and the influence of friction heat on the mechanical properties and structural dimensions of the bearing is also analyzed. A self-made joint bearing test machine is used to measure the bearing temperature in real time. The distribution of temperature field of the inner ring of the bearing is obtained when the heat balance is in state, and the temperature field distribution of the bearing joint test point in the ABAQUS thermo mechanical coupling model is compared. The results show that the deformation of inner ring and liner is smaller than that of frictionless heating when the friction heat occurs, and the deformation of the gasket in the contact area fluctuates, and the contact area between the inner ring and the inner ring increases. The appropriate friction temperature can relieve the stress change of the knitted bearing joint bearing, improve the mechanical properties of the joint bearing and prolong the service life. The consistency of the test and simulation results verifies the accuracy of the simulation model.
