【摘要】：國際金融危機(jī)以后,中國傳統(tǒng)的貿(mào)易模式不能持續(xù),而且國內(nèi)各種生產(chǎn)要素成本上升,凸顯了產(chǎn)業(yè)結(jié)構(gòu)調(diào)整和產(chǎn)業(yè)轉(zhuǎn)移的緊迫性。對于地域廣闊、地區(qū)發(fā)展差異明顯的中國,地區(qū)間產(chǎn)業(yè)轉(zhuǎn)移似乎可以實(shí)現(xiàn)不同地區(qū)產(chǎn)業(yè)結(jié)構(gòu)的調(diào)整和升級,但是,目前中國地區(qū)間產(chǎn)業(yè)轉(zhuǎn)移的認(rèn)識存在諸多誤區(qū),如產(chǎn)業(yè)轉(zhuǎn)移主要發(fā)生在勞動密集型行業(yè)且以省際轉(zhuǎn)移為主,產(chǎn)業(yè)轉(zhuǎn)移對拉動內(nèi)需和解決"三農(nóng)"問題至關(guān)重要,產(chǎn)業(yè)轉(zhuǎn)移會拉大地區(qū)間發(fā)展差距等。文章說明了這些誤區(qū)存在的問題并提出了作者關(guān)于產(chǎn)業(yè)轉(zhuǎn)移的看法。
[Abstract]:After the international financial crisis, China's traditional trade model is not sustainable, and the cost of various factors of production in China is rising, which highlights the urgency of industrial structure adjustment and industrial transfer. For China, where the region is vast and the regional development is obvious, the industrial transfer between regions seems to be able to adjust and upgrade the industrial structure in different regions. However, at present, there are many misunderstandings in the understanding of industrial transfer between regions in China, such as industrial transfer mainly occurs in labor-intensive industries and is dominated by inter-provincial transfer, which is very important to stimulate domestic demand and solve the problems of agriculture, rural areas and farmers. Industrial transfer will pull the gap between the development of the earth area and so on. This paper explains the problems existing in these misunderstandings and puts forward the author's views on industrial transfer.
