【摘要】：對外直接投資是提高經(jīng)濟(jì)發(fā)展水平的一種重要形式，是企業(yè)深層次參與國際競爭的重要途徑，，也是企業(yè)提升海外市場適應(yīng)性的重要手段。河北省早在20世紀(jì)80年代就開始著力發(fā)展對外投資，借此來提高企業(yè)競爭力、加快經(jīng)濟(jì)發(fā)展從而提升河北省的經(jīng)濟(jì)地位。然而由于河北省經(jīng)濟(jì)發(fā)展水平較低、企業(yè)國際競爭力仍然較弱，“走出去”戰(zhàn)略一直沒有有效地發(fā)展起來。面對新的國際經(jīng)濟(jì)形勢，需要深入研究“走出去”的相關(guān)戰(zhàn)略問題，因此研究如何利用河北省的優(yōu)勢以便更好地“走出去”具有重要的現(xiàn)實(shí)意義。 本文以跟蹤研究河北省實(shí)施“走出去”戰(zhàn)略的現(xiàn)狀為切入點(diǎn)，以隨機(jī)抽樣的方式向企業(yè)進(jìn)行問卷調(diào)查，理清河北省目前的“走出去”戰(zhàn)略是什么，保障政策措施有哪些，以及現(xiàn)有的發(fā)展戰(zhàn)略實(shí)施障礙問題。在此基礎(chǔ)上，分析影響河北省實(shí)施“走出去”戰(zhàn)略的影響因素，以及對河北省經(jīng)濟(jì)發(fā)展的影響作用，從投資的目標(biāo)和方向、投資目標(biāo)市場、投資進(jìn)入方式和投資行業(yè)選擇四方面探討制定進(jìn)一步加快河北省實(shí)施“走出去”戰(zhàn)略的規(guī)劃，最后驗(yàn)證了“走出去”對河北省經(jīng)濟(jì)發(fā)展的影響作用，從而進(jìn)一步構(gòu)建和完善實(shí)施“走出去”戰(zhàn)略的保障政策體系。
[Abstract]:Foreign direct investment is an important form to improve the level of economic development. It is an important way for enterprises to participate in international competition at a deep level, and it is also an important means for enterprises to improve the adaptability of overseas market. In the early 1980s, Hebei province began to invest in the development of foreign investment, thereby improving the competitiveness of enterprises and accelerating economic development, thus improving the economic status of Hebei province. However, because of the low level of economic development in Hebei, the international competitiveness of the enterprise is still weak, and the "Get out of here." strategy has not been effectively developed. In the face of the new international economic situation, it is necessary to study the relevant strategic problems of the "Get out of here.", so it is of great practical significance to study how to use the advantage of Hebei province in order to make the "Get out of here." better. This paper, based on the current situation of the implementation of the "Get out of here." strategy in Hebei Province, makes a survey of the enterprises in a random sampling way, and points out what the current "Get out of here." strategy of Hebei Province is, what to guarantee the policy measures, and the obstacles to the implementation of the existing development strategy On the basis of this, the paper analyzes the influence factors that affect the implementation of the "Get out of here." strategy in Hebei Province, and the effect of the economic development of Hebei Province, from the target and the direction of the investment and the investment target market. On the basis of the four aspects of the field, the investment way and the selection of the investment industry, the paper discusses the development of the plan for further accelerating the implementation of the "Get out of here." strategy in Hebei Province, and finally, the effect of the "Get out of here." on the economic development of Hebei Province is verified, so as to further build and perfect the safeguard policy of implementing the "Get out of here." strategy.
