【摘要】：在國際金融危機的考驗下，很多國家和地區(qū)開始意識到只有通過產(chǎn)業(yè)創(chuàng)新，推動產(chǎn)業(yè)結(jié)構(gòu)優(yōu)化升級，才能在越來越激烈的經(jīng)濟競爭中占據(jù)優(yōu)勢，培育出新的經(jīng)濟增長點，產(chǎn)生更大的經(jīng)濟效益。區(qū)域產(chǎn)業(yè)創(chuàng)新與產(chǎn)業(yè)升級在一定程度上總是相互關(guān)聯(lián)，相互作用的。因此，我們有必要對區(qū)域產(chǎn)業(yè)創(chuàng)新與產(chǎn)業(yè)升級耦合情況加以分析，以幫助我們更好地構(gòu)建區(qū)域產(chǎn)業(yè)創(chuàng)新系統(tǒng)，推動區(qū)域產(chǎn)業(yè)結(jié)構(gòu)優(yōu)化升級。 本文借助物理學(xué)上的耦合概念，系統(tǒng)性地分析了區(qū)域產(chǎn)業(yè)創(chuàng)新與產(chǎn)業(yè)升級耦合機制。文章主要是從以下幾個方面展開分析的：一是對區(qū)域產(chǎn)業(yè)創(chuàng)新與產(chǎn)業(yè)升級基礎(chǔ)理論加以研究，明確分析了區(qū)域產(chǎn)業(yè)創(chuàng)新系統(tǒng)的內(nèi)涵和構(gòu)成要素，同時對產(chǎn)業(yè)升級的內(nèi)涵和標志加以研究分析；二是對區(qū)域產(chǎn)業(yè)創(chuàng)新與產(chǎn)業(yè)升級耦合系統(tǒng)的構(gòu)成和耦合內(nèi)容展開了詳細的具體的分析；三是系統(tǒng)性地分析了區(qū)域產(chǎn)業(yè)創(chuàng)新與產(chǎn)業(yè)升級耦合系統(tǒng)的運行機制，主要是從基于市場需求的技術(shù)驅(qū)動機制、基于創(chuàng)新轉(zhuǎn)化的技術(shù)傳導(dǎo)機制和基于環(huán)境支撐的政策推動機制三個方面展開分析的；最后，本文在以上分析的基礎(chǔ)上，構(gòu)建了區(qū)域產(chǎn)業(yè)創(chuàng)新與產(chǎn)業(yè)升級耦合模型，并通過實證研究，分析了我國區(qū)域產(chǎn)業(yè)創(chuàng)新與產(chǎn)業(yè)升級的耦合度情況。 通過本文的分析，明確了區(qū)域產(chǎn)業(yè)創(chuàng)新與產(chǎn)業(yè)升級的耦合內(nèi)容，耦合系統(tǒng)運行機制和我國一些主要地區(qū)的產(chǎn)業(yè)創(chuàng)新與產(chǎn)業(yè)升級的耦合情況，發(fā)現(xiàn)我國不同地區(qū)之間產(chǎn)業(yè)創(chuàng)新與產(chǎn)業(yè)升級耦合情況存在著較大的差異，具體表現(xiàn)為那些產(chǎn)業(yè)創(chuàng)新活動相對比較活躍的區(qū)域產(chǎn)業(yè)結(jié)構(gòu)相對來說更加合理高效，產(chǎn)業(yè)創(chuàng)新與產(chǎn)業(yè)升級耦合關(guān)聯(lián)度和耦合協(xié)調(diào)度相對較高。在此基礎(chǔ)上，提出了一些關(guān)于我國區(qū)域產(chǎn)業(yè)創(chuàng)新和產(chǎn)業(yè)升級過程中的政策建議，對于我國發(fā)展區(qū)域產(chǎn)業(yè)創(chuàng)新系統(tǒng)，推動產(chǎn)業(yè)升級提供了參考。
[Abstract]:Under the test of the international financial crisis, many countries and regions began to realize that only through industrial innovation and promoting the optimization and upgrading of industrial structure can they occupy an advantage in the more and more fierce economic competition and cultivate new economic growth points. Produce greater economic benefits. To a certain extent, regional industrial innovation and industrial upgrading are always interrelated and interactive. Therefore, it is necessary for us to analyze the coupling of regional industrial innovation and industrial upgrading in order to help us better construct regional industrial innovation system and promote the optimization and upgrading of regional industrial structure. With the help of the coupling concept in physics, this paper systematically analyzes the coupling mechanism between regional industrial innovation and industrial upgrading. This paper mainly analyzes the following aspects: first, it studies the basic theory of regional industrial innovation and industrial upgrading, and clearly analyzes the connotation and constituent elements of regional industrial innovation system. At the same time, the connotation and logo of industrial upgrading are studied and analyzed. Second, the composition and coupling content of the coupling system of regional industrial innovation and industrial upgrading are analyzed in detail. Third, it systematically analyzes the operation mechanism of the coupling system of regional industrial innovation and industrial upgrading, mainly from the technology-driven mechanism based on market demand. The technology transmission mechanism based on innovation transformation and the policy promotion mechanism based on environmental support are analyzed. Finally, on the basis of the above analysis, this paper constructs the coupling model of regional industrial innovation and industrial upgrading, and analyzes the coupling degree of regional industrial innovation and industrial upgrading in China through empirical research. Through the analysis of this paper, the coupling content of regional industrial innovation and industrial upgrading, the operation mechanism of coupling system and the coupling of industrial innovation and industrial upgrading in some major areas of our country are clarified. It is found that there are great differences in the coupling of industrial innovation and industrial upgrading among different regions of China, which is manifested in that the regional industrial structure, which is relatively active in industrial innovation activities, is relatively more reasonable and efficient. The coupling correlation degree and coupling coordination degree between industrial innovation and industrial upgrading are relatively high. On this basis, this paper puts forward some policy suggestions on the process of regional industrial innovation and industrial upgrading in China, which provides a reference for the development of regional industrial innovation system and the promotion of industrial upgrading in China.
