【摘要】：在中部地區(qū)崛起的背景下，中部地區(qū)迎來(lái)了巨大的發(fā)展機(jī)遇，在中部地區(qū)快速發(fā)展的同時(shí)，也給自然環(huán)境帶來(lái)了沉重的壓力，環(huán)境問(wèn)題成為制約中部地區(qū)經(jīng)濟(jì)發(fā)展的重要因素，并開(kāi)始影響到社會(huì)的安定，如何更好更快地發(fā)展是中部地區(qū)面臨的重大問(wèn)題�？沙掷m(xù)發(fā)展是一種注重長(zhǎng)遠(yuǎn)發(fā)展的經(jīng)濟(jì)增長(zhǎng)模式，在滿足當(dāng)代人需求的同時(shí)，不影響后代的發(fā)展�？沙掷m(xù)發(fā)展是中部地區(qū)發(fā)展的必然選擇。本文從可持續(xù)發(fā)展角度出發(fā)，運(yùn)用熵權(quán)法確定指標(biāo)權(quán)重，利用可持續(xù)發(fā)展性與發(fā)展協(xié)調(diào)性對(duì)中部地區(qū)可持續(xù)發(fā)展?fàn)顟B(tài)進(jìn)行了定量的研究和分析，并提出了相應(yīng)的對(duì)策建議。 本文主要內(nèi)容包括：第一章緒論，介紹了本文的研究背景、研究意義、國(guó)內(nèi)外研究現(xiàn)狀、研究方法、研究思路和創(chuàng)新點(diǎn)。第二章是相關(guān)理論概述，介紹了與本文相關(guān)的理論，包括可持續(xù)發(fā)展的概念、可持續(xù)發(fā)展的內(nèi)涵、可持續(xù)發(fā)展基本原則和循環(huán)經(jīng)濟(jì)的概念與內(nèi)涵。第三章是可持續(xù)發(fā)展指標(biāo)體系的建立，本文根據(jù)可持續(xù)發(fā)展指標(biāo)體系的構(gòu)建原則和構(gòu)建方法，借鑒國(guó)內(nèi)外可持續(xù)發(fā)展指標(biāo)體系研究現(xiàn)狀，參照中部六省相關(guān)學(xué)者的研究，結(jié)合中部地區(qū)實(shí)際情況，確立了中部地區(qū)可持續(xù)發(fā)展指標(biāo)體系。本文的可持續(xù)發(fā)展指標(biāo)體系劃分為經(jīng)濟(jì)子系統(tǒng)、社會(huì)人口子系統(tǒng)和環(huán)境資源子系統(tǒng)三個(gè)子系統(tǒng)，共25個(gè)指標(biāo)。第四章是中部地區(qū)可持續(xù)發(fā)展實(shí)證分析，從中部地區(qū)與東部、西部和東北地區(qū)發(fā)展態(tài)勢(shì)比較中得到中部地區(qū)發(fā)展存在的問(wèn)題，根據(jù)第三章建立的中部地區(qū)可持續(xù)發(fā)展指標(biāo)體系，通過(guò)大量數(shù)據(jù)，運(yùn)用熵權(quán)法，，結(jié)合發(fā)展可持續(xù)系數(shù)和發(fā)展協(xié)調(diào)系數(shù)，對(duì)中部地區(qū)可持續(xù)發(fā)展進(jìn)行了研究和分析。第五章針對(duì)中部地區(qū)發(fā)展中存在的問(wèn)題，根據(jù)實(shí)證分析的結(jié)果，對(duì)中部地區(qū)可持續(xù)發(fā)展提出了相應(yīng)的對(duì)策建議。第六章對(duì)本文進(jìn)行了總結(jié)，并進(jìn)行了展望。
[Abstract]:Under the background of the rise of the central region, the central region has ushered in great opportunities for development. While the rapid development of the central region has brought heavy pressure to the natural environment, environmental problems have become an important factor restricting the economic development of the central region. And began to affect the stability of society, how to better and faster development is a major problem in the central region. Sustainable development is a long-term economic growth model, which not only meets the needs of contemporary people, but also does not affect the development of future generations. Sustainable development is an inevitable choice for the development of the central region. From the point of view of sustainable development, this paper uses entropy weight method to determine the index weight, makes use of sustainable development and development coordination to quantitatively study and analyze the sustainable development state of the central region, and puts forward the corresponding countermeasures and suggestions. The main contents of this paper are as follows: the first chapter is the introduction, which introduces the research background, significance, research status at home and abroad, research methods, research ideas and innovation. The second chapter is an overview of the relevant theories, including the concept of sustainable development, the connotation of sustainable development, the basic principles of sustainable development and the concept and connotation of circular economy. The third chapter is the establishment of sustainable development index system. According to the construction principles and methods of sustainable development index system, this paper draws lessons from the research status of domestic and foreign sustainable development index system, and refers to the research of relevant scholars in the six provinces of central China. According to the actual situation of the central region, the index system of sustainable development in the central region is established. The index system of sustainable development in this paper is divided into three subsystems: economic subsystem, social population subsystem and environmental resource subsystem, with a total of 25 indicators. The fourth chapter is the empirical analysis of the sustainable development of the central region. From the comparison of the development situation of the central region and the east, the west and the northeast, the problems existing in the development of the central region are obtained. According to the index system of the sustainable development of the central region established in the third chapter, Through a large number of data, using entropy weight method, combined with the development sustainability coefficient and the development coordination coefficient, the sustainable development of the central region is studied and analyzed. In the fifth chapter, aiming at the problems existing in the development of the central region, according to the results of the empirical analysis, the corresponding countermeasures and suggestions are put forward for the sustainable development of the central region. The sixth chapter summarizes this paper and looks forward to it.
