長江三角洲地區(qū)資源環(huán)境與經(jīng)濟增長協(xié)調(diào)發(fā)展研究
[Abstract]:As one of the largest economic core areas in China, the Yangtze River Delta region has developed into the sixth largest city group in the world. However, the development trend of its social and economic integration is becoming more and more remarkable, and the situation of resources and environment is also facing a severe test. This paper focuses on 16 cities (Shanghai, Nanjing, Suzhou, Wuxi, Changzhou, Zhenjiang, Yangzhou, Taizhou, Nantong, Hangzhou, Jiaxing, Huzhou, Shaoxing, Ningbo, Zhoushan, Taizhou) in the Yangtze River Delta. By studying the related theories of economy and resources and environment, the economic growth and resources and environment of the Yangtze River Delta region are studied comprehensively and deeply by means of ecological economics, econometrics, mathematical statistics and other research methods. This paper mainly from the following aspects: first, the economy, resources and environment of the Yangtze River Delta region are analyzed. Through the discussion on the present situation of economy, resources and environment in the Yangtze River Delta region in the past ten years, it is pointed out that the regional economy has developed rapidly and the industrial structure has been continuously optimized. However, in terms of resources and environment, there is a relative shortage of energy and resources, and the emission of three wastes is serious. Serious pollution of water environment and other problems. Although the intensity of environmental improvement has been strengthened in recent years, some ecological environment has been improved, but the inherent environmental conditions are insufficient, coupled with long-term pollution and destruction, the security situation of resources and environment in the Yangtze River Delta is not optimistic. Second, the application of decoupling theory and improved elastic analysis method to determine the degree of decoupling criteria, resource consumption indicators to select water consumption, energy consumption, ecological footprint consumption and cultivated land reduction, environmental pollution indicators to select industrial "three wastes," Industrial sulfur dioxide emissions and carbon emissions, the establishment of a more comprehensive reflection of resources and environmental conditions of the indicators system, analysis of the period 2000-2009, Temporal change and spatial evolution trend of resource environment and economic growth in Yangtze River Delta and 16 cities. Third, the Commoner decomposition model is used to further analyze the impact of economic scale, population size, and technological progress on resources and environment in the Yangtze River Delta region. It is pointed out that the economic scale effect and population growth effect are both positive in 2000 and 2009. There is a pull effect on the pressure of resources and environment in the Yangtze River Delta, while the effect of technological progress presents negative value in six periods, indicating that the effect of technological progress has slowed down the pressure of resources and environment in these six periods, while the effect of technological progress has shown a positive value from 2003 to 2005. It is indicated that the effect of technological progress in these three periods increases the pressure of resources and environment. Fourth, on the basis of the above-mentioned research, this paper puts forward some countermeasures and suggestions for the economic growth and resource-environment transformation in Yangtze River Delta region. There are five main points: setting up scientific development view, constructing resource-saving city, changing economic growth mode, developing circular economy vigorously, promoting technological innovation, increasing regional environmental protection input, improving population quality and strengthening environmental protection consciousness. We will strengthen regional cooperation in the Yangtze River Delta and actively promote pollution prevention and control.
