【摘要】：產(chǎn)業(yè)結(jié)構(gòu)與一國（地區(qū)）經(jīng)濟增長聯(lián)系緊密。各國（地區(qū)）在尋求經(jīng)濟增長的同時，注重對其產(chǎn)業(yè)結(jié)構(gòu)進行優(yōu)化。影響產(chǎn)業(yè)結(jié)構(gòu)的因素眾多，外商直接投資（FDI）是開放經(jīng)濟條件下促進產(chǎn)業(yè)結(jié)構(gòu)優(yōu)化的重要因素。 重慶處于經(jīng)濟社會快速發(fā)展的關(guān)鍵時期，與此同時重慶產(chǎn)業(yè)結(jié)構(gòu)調(diào)整伴隨著經(jīng)濟的高速增長穩(wěn)步推進。重慶引進外商直接投資經(jīng)歷了起步階段、平穩(wěn)發(fā)展階段和高速發(fā)展階段，實際利用外商直接投資規(guī)模在全國的占比逐步擴大，2011年時已達到9.08%，顯示重慶在吸引外資方面潛力巨大，具有明顯的競爭優(yōu)勢，也反映外商直接投資對重慶產(chǎn)業(yè)結(jié)構(gòu)的影響愈來愈明顯。本文旨在分析外商直接投資對重慶產(chǎn)業(yè)結(jié)構(gòu)的影響，以提出相應(yīng)的對策建議。 論文首先對文章中相關(guān)概念“外商直接投資”、“產(chǎn)業(yè)結(jié)構(gòu)”進行了界定，并綜述了學(xué)者們的相關(guān)研究觀點與結(jié)論。之后，論文對外商直接投資影響產(chǎn)業(yè)結(jié)構(gòu)的機制進行了闡述。 在奠定理論基礎(chǔ)前提下，通過搜集大量數(shù)據(jù)，采用橫向比較和縱向比較的方法，對重慶產(chǎn)業(yè)結(jié)構(gòu)及外商在渝直接投資的演變和現(xiàn)狀進行了分析。分析結(jié)果表明重慶GDP、三次產(chǎn)業(yè)增加值比重和外商在渝直接投資都呈現(xiàn)三階段演變規(guī)律。目前，重慶經(jīng)濟處于高速增長期，產(chǎn)業(yè)結(jié)構(gòu)調(diào)整也穩(wěn)步推進，重慶對外商直接投資具有很強的吸引力。 之后，論文通過構(gòu)建向量自回歸模型和引入“外商直接投資強度”對選題進行了實證研究。實證結(jié)論表明，目前外商直接投資對重慶產(chǎn)業(yè)結(jié)構(gòu)調(diào)整影響較��；就三次產(chǎn)業(yè)而言，外商直接投資對重慶第一產(chǎn)業(yè)結(jié)構(gòu)作用不大，對第二產(chǎn)業(yè)結(jié)構(gòu)有積極作用，但目前并無太大作用；對第三產(chǎn)業(yè)結(jié)構(gòu)作用較大；就行業(yè)而言，外商直接投資對各行業(yè)的影響差異性亦較大。 最后，，論文根據(jù)研究結(jié)論提出了相應(yīng)的對策與建議。
[Abstract]:The industrial structure is closely related to the economic growth of a country (region). Countries (regions) while seeking economic growth, pay attention to the optimization of their industrial structure. There are many factors affecting the industrial structure. Foreign direct investment (FDI) is an important factor to promote the optimization of industrial structure under the condition of open economy. Chongqing is in a critical period of rapid economic and social development. At the same time, the adjustment of Chongqing's industrial structure is steadily advancing with the high-speed economic growth. Chongqing's introduction of foreign direct investment has gone through the initial stage, stable development stage and high-speed development stage, and the proportion of the actual utilization of foreign direct investment in the whole country has gradually expanded, reaching 9.08% in 2011. It shows that Chongqing has great potential in attracting foreign capital and has obvious competitive advantage. It also shows that the impact of foreign direct investment on Chongqing's industrial structure is becoming more and more obvious. The purpose of this paper is to analyze the impact of foreign direct investment on the industrial structure of Chongqing and put forward the corresponding countermeasures and suggestions. Firstly, this paper defines the related concepts of "foreign direct investment" and "industrial structure", and summarizes the relevant research views and conclusions of scholars. After that, the paper expounds the mechanism of foreign direct investment affecting industrial structure. On the premise of laying a theoretical foundation, this paper analyzes the evolution and present situation of Chongqing's industrial structure and foreign direct investment in Chongqing by collecting a large number of data and adopting the methods of horizontal comparison and vertical comparison. The analysis results show that the proportion of added value of GDP, and foreign direct investment in Chongqing all show three-stage evolution law. At present, Chongqing economy is in a period of rapid growth, the adjustment of industrial structure is also steadily advancing, Chongqing has a strong attraction to foreign direct investment. After that, the thesis makes an empirical study on the topic by constructing vector autoregressive model and introducing the intensity of foreign direct investment. The empirical results show that foreign direct investment has little influence on the adjustment of Chongqing's industrial structure at present. As far as the three industries are concerned, foreign direct investment has little effect on the primary industrial structure of Chongqing, but it has a positive effect on the secondary industrial structure, but at present, it has not much effect on the tertiary industrial structure and has a great effect on the tertiary industrial structure. As far as the industry is concerned, the impact of foreign direct investment on various industries is also quite different. Finally, the paper puts forward the corresponding countermeasures and suggestions according to the research conclusion.
