【摘要】：正只有堅(jiān)持創(chuàng)新發(fā)展,靠創(chuàng)新塑造增長新動(dòng)力、打造發(fā)展新引擎,才能為引領(lǐng)經(jīng)濟(jì)發(fā)展新常態(tài)、實(shí)現(xiàn)轉(zhuǎn)型升級提供堅(jiān)實(shí)支撐和強(qiáng)勁動(dòng)力黨的十八屆五中全會(huì)提出創(chuàng)新、協(xié)調(diào)、綠色、開放、共享的"五大發(fā)展理念",彰顯了以新理念引領(lǐng)新發(fā)展的戰(zhàn)略思維,集中反映了我們黨對經(jīng)濟(jì)社會(huì)發(fā)展規(guī)律認(rèn)識的深化。而排在首位的是"創(chuàng)新發(fā)展",全會(huì)強(qiáng)調(diào)必須把創(chuàng)新擺在國家發(fā)展全局的核心位置,闡明了創(chuàng)新發(fā)展的豐富內(nèi)涵,指明了推進(jìn)創(chuàng)新發(fā)展的實(shí)踐路徑"。十三五"期間,浙江的發(fā)展目標(biāo)是高水平全面建
[Abstract]:It is only by persisting in innovative development, building new impetus for growth and building a new engine for development, can we provide solid support and strong impetus to the Fifth Plenary session of the 18th Central Committee of the Communist Party of China to lead the new normal of economic development and achieve transformation and upgrading. The "five development ideas", which are green, open and shared, show the strategic thinking of guiding the new development with the new ideas and reflect the deepening of our Party's understanding of the law of economic and social development. The first place is "innovation development". The plenum emphasized that innovation must be placed at the core of the overall situation of national development, clarified the rich connotation of innovation development, and pointed out the practical path to promote innovation development ". During the 13th five-year Plan period, Zhejiang's development goal is to build a high level and all-round construction.
