【摘要】：本文基于能力的比較優(yōu)勢理論,在對產(chǎn)業(yè)進(jìn)行重新分類的基礎(chǔ)上,對中國地區(qū)之間是否已發(fā)生雁陣式產(chǎn)業(yè)升級,以及能否通過雁陣式產(chǎn)業(yè)升級跨越中等收入陷阱進(jìn)行了探討。研究發(fā)現(xiàn),無論是利用傳統(tǒng)的產(chǎn)業(yè)分類方法,還是新的產(chǎn)業(yè)分類方法進(jìn)行分析,中國已經(jīng)發(fā)生了雁陣式產(chǎn)業(yè)升級現(xiàn)象,而且進(jìn)入到了雁陣式產(chǎn)業(yè)升級的第二階段,東部地區(qū)在向中西部地區(qū)轉(zhuǎn)移產(chǎn)業(yè)的同時,其自身的產(chǎn)業(yè)升級方向并不十分明晰;通過對地區(qū)間比較優(yōu)勢演化的分析,本文還發(fā)現(xiàn),在雁陣式產(chǎn)業(yè)升級過程中,中國正面臨比較優(yōu)勢陷阱的風(fēng)險。這些因素都不利于中國通過實(shí)施雁陣式產(chǎn)業(yè)升級戰(zhàn)略,克服中等收入國家可能面臨的"比較優(yōu)勢斷檔"問題,實(shí)現(xiàn)區(qū)域協(xié)調(diào)發(fā)展。
[Abstract]:Based on the comparative advantage theory of capability and on the basis of reclassifying the industries, this paper discusses whether the echelon-shaped industrial upgrading has taken place in China and whether it can cross the middle-income trap through the upgrading of the geese-array industry. The research finds that, no matter using the traditional industrial classification method or the new industrial classification method to carry on the analysis, China has already occurred the echelon-type industrial upgrading phenomenon, and has entered the second stage of the echelon-like industrial upgrading. While transferring industries to the central and western regions, the industrial upgrading direction of the eastern region is not very clear; Through the analysis of the evolution of comparative advantage among regions, this paper also finds that China is facing the risk of comparative advantage trap in the process of upgrading of geese-array industry. All these factors are not conducive to China's regional coordinated development by implementing echelon-style industrial upgrading strategy and overcoming the "comparative advantage gap" problem that middle-income countries may face.
