【摘要】：正2015年是"十三五"的布局之年,就在全中國(guó)都在思考制造業(yè)走向何方的時(shí)候,"工業(yè)4.0"和"工業(yè)互聯(lián)網(wǎng)"轟然而至,"中國(guó)制造2025"和"國(guó)防科工十三五規(guī)劃"也大綱落定。政府新一輪的規(guī)劃思路,明確提出了我國(guó)工業(yè)"從跟蹤研仿向自主創(chuàng)新轉(zhuǎn)變"。基于此,轉(zhuǎn)型創(chuàng)新已經(jīng)成為中國(guó)制造提升競(jìng)爭(zhēng)力的"必修課"。三十多年的改革開放,中國(guó)打開國(guó)門,中國(guó)工業(yè)向全世界學(xué)習(xí)。通過基于逆向工程的跟蹤研仿,中國(guó)工業(yè)補(bǔ)課成功。
[Abstract]:Just as the year 2015 is the year of the 13th five-year Plan, at a time when all of China is thinking about where the manufacturing industry is headed, "Industrial 4.0" and "Industrial Internet" are coming. The "made in China 2025" and the 13th five-year Plan for National Defense Science and Industry have also been finalized. The government's new planning thought clearly puts forward the transformation of Chinese industry from follow-up, research and imitation to independent innovation. Based on this, transformation innovation has become a "compulsory course" for Chinese manufacturing to enhance competitiveness. With more than 30 years of reform and opening up, China has opened its doors and Chinese industry has learned from all over the world. Through the follow-up research based on reverse engineering, China's industrial supplementary courses are successful.
