技術(shù)創(chuàng)新與產(chǎn)業(yè)升級協(xié)動性國際比較研究
[Abstract]:On the basis of studying the related literature of technological innovation and industrial upgrading, this paper studies the coactivity of technological innovation and industrial upgrading. Firstly, based on the analysis of the industrial upgrading path driven by technological innovation in the United States, Japan and Germany, this paper outlines the path of China's industrial upgrading by combining the current situation of industrial development in China. Then, the paper demonstrates that the relationship between technological innovation and industrial upgrading is a kind of mutual relation and restriction through two perspectives: the function mechanism of technological innovation to industrial upgrading and the action mechanism of industrial upgrading to technological innovation. In this case, the impact factors of industrial upgrading from the perspective of technological innovation are analyzed. Finally, taking more than 30 industrial industries in China as a sample and using six foreign RD capital calculation methods, this paper further analyzes the impact of international technology spillover on industrial upgrading in China under the international trade conditions. On the basis of these analyses, the main conclusions of this paper are as follows: technological innovation is the fundamental driving force of industrial upgrading. At present, our country should not only increase the transformation of traditional industries with high and new technology, but also realize the industrial upgrading among industries. Moreover, it is necessary to realize the industrial upgrading within the manufacturing industry; Independent innovation investment has a direct impact on the pace of industrial upgrading in China. However, the efficiency of China's RD needs to be improved, and the structure of RD expenditure needs to be optimized. At present, the technological innovation ability of our country is insufficient, many core technologies are excessively dependent on foreign countries, lack of independent innovation ability, can not form long-term core competitiveness; Compared with the main developed countries, China's technological innovation plays a relatively small role in promoting industrial upgrading. At present, China's industrial upgrading is mainly driven by capital input, but there is a dividend in the reform of elements in our country. Under the international trade condition, the domestic independent innovation investment has the obvious pulling effect to the whole industrial upgrading of China, and the influence of the foreign technology spillover on the Chinese industrial upgrading is uncertain. However, foreign technology spillovers are conducive to the upgrading of high-tech industries in China. Therefore, China should increase the investment of independent innovation and strengthen the cooperation with developed countries in high and new technology to promote the industrial upgrading of our country.
