【摘要】：上世紀(jì)90年代以來(lái)，外商直接投資（Foreign Direct Investment）在全球經(jīng)濟(jì)增長(zhǎng)中的作用越來(lái)越重要，與國(guó)際貿(mào)易、技術(shù)轉(zhuǎn)讓一起成為推動(dòng)經(jīng)濟(jì)全球化的主要力量。自上個(gè)世紀(jì)80年代，，山東省外商直接投資開(kāi)始階段性發(fā)展。FDI的流入彌補(bǔ)了山東省建設(shè)資金的不足，引進(jìn)了一大批先進(jìn)適用技術(shù)，促進(jìn)了進(jìn)出口事業(yè)的發(fā)展。以至于不研究外商直接投資，就無(wú)法全面的研究山東省的經(jīng)濟(jì)發(fā)展。因此，本文在概括總結(jié)國(guó)內(nèi)外學(xué)者的相關(guān)理論文獻(xiàn)的基礎(chǔ)上，采用定性分析和定量分析相結(jié)合的方法對(duì)外商直接投資與山東省經(jīng)濟(jì)總量、區(qū)域經(jīng)濟(jì)、產(chǎn)業(yè)結(jié)構(gòu)、勞動(dòng)就業(yè)、以及貿(mào)易規(guī)模的內(nèi)在關(guān)系進(jìn)行研究，并運(yùn)用經(jīng)濟(jì)數(shù)據(jù)進(jìn)行計(jì)量檢驗(yàn)。定性分析是通過(guò)大量相關(guān)的數(shù)據(jù)資料，從行業(yè)、地域、來(lái)源地等方面對(duì)外商直接投資在山東的狀況進(jìn)行深入分析；定量分析是通過(guò)構(gòu)建回歸模型，研究外商直接投資對(duì)山東省經(jīng)濟(jì)增長(zhǎng)、區(qū)域經(jīng)濟(jì)、產(chǎn)業(yè)結(jié)構(gòu)演進(jìn)及對(duì)外貿(mào)易發(fā)展所產(chǎn)生的影響；另外在分析FDI加劇省內(nèi)地區(qū)發(fā)展不平衡時(shí)引入地區(qū)FDI業(yè)績(jī)指數(shù)指標(biāo)，以加強(qiáng)論證力度。最后，在得出結(jié)論的基礎(chǔ)上針對(duì)問(wèn)題提出有效利用外資的相關(guān)建議。
[Abstract]:Foreign direct investment (Foreign Direct Investment) has been playing an increasingly important role in the global economic growth since the 1990s. Together with international trade and technology transfer, FDI has become the main force to promote economic globalization. Since 1980s, foreign direct investment (FDI) in Shandong Province has been developing at different stages. The inflow of FDI has made up for the shortage of construction funds in Shandong Province, introduced a large number of advanced and applicable technologies, and promoted the development of import and export undertakings. It is impossible to comprehensively study the economic development of Shandong Province without studying FDI. Therefore, on the basis of summing up the relevant theoretical documents of domestic and foreign scholars, this paper adopts the method of qualitative analysis and quantitative analysis to analyze the relationship between FDI and the total economic volume, regional economy, industrial structure, labor employment of Shandong Province. And the internal relation of trade scale, and use economic data to carry on econometric test. Qualitative analysis is through a large number of relevant data, from the industry, geographical, source and other aspects of the situation of foreign direct investment in Shandong in-depth analysis; Quantitative analysis is to study the impact of FDI on economic growth, regional economy, industrial structure evolution and foreign trade development of Shandong Province by constructing regression model. In addition, the index of regional FDI performance is introduced in order to strengthen the demonstration when FDI is used to aggravate the imbalance of regional development in the province. Finally, on the basis of the conclusion, the paper puts forward some suggestions on how to make effective use of foreign capital.
