【摘要】：正《中華人民共和國國民經(jīng)濟和社會發(fā)展第十二個五年規(guī)劃綱要》對打造首都經(jīng)濟圈、推進京津冀一體化做出了明確部署,并將其作為中國區(qū)域發(fā)展的重要戰(zhàn)略加以推進。2014年以來,習近平總書記、李克強總理相繼對加強京津冀協(xié)同發(fā)展、促進三地協(xié)作提出了明確要求,標志著全面推進京津冀協(xié)同發(fā)展的號角已經(jīng)吹響。北京、天津、河北三地也積極響應中央號召,陸續(xù)推出多項政策,加快推動京津冀一體化。但必須承認,京津冀三地之間的合作還面臨諸多瓶頸性制約,實現(xiàn)區(qū)域協(xié)同發(fā)展任重道遠。
[Abstract]:The 12th Five-Year Plan for National Economic and Social Development of the people's Republic of China has made a clear plan for building the capital economic circle and promoting the integration of Beijing, Tianjin and Hebei. Since 2014, General Secretary Xi Jinping and Premier Li Keqiang have made clear demands to strengthen the coordinated development of Beijing-Tianjin-Hebei and promote cooperation among the three places. The horn that marks the comprehensive promotion of Beijing, Tianjin and Hebei coordinated development has been sounded. Beijing, Tianjin, and Hebei also responded positively to the central government's call for a number of policies to accelerate the integration of Beijing, Tianjin and Hebei. However, it must be acknowledged that the cooperation between Beijing, Tianjin and Hebei faces many bottleneck constraints, so it is a long way to achieve regional coordinated development.
