【摘要】：生活方式在一定程度上決定著人們是否貧困。本文基于現(xiàn)代文明生活方式視域,從生活水平、生活認可、生活參與三個方面構(gòu)建扶貧指標體系,運用層析分析法對小涼山彝區(qū)的扶貧績效進行了初步研究。研究發(fā)現(xiàn),小涼山彝區(qū)現(xiàn)代文明生活方式的綜合扶貧整體上取得了進步,但生活方式變化緩慢,總體仍處于較為落后的狀態(tài)。生活方式貧困路徑依賴性較強,生活認可、生活參與的扶貧績效指數(shù)明顯低于生活水平,縣域及縣域內(nèi)部生活方式扶貧效益差異性顯著。為此應把構(gòu)建現(xiàn)代文明生活方式作為扶貧重要內(nèi)容,長期實施,并注意統(tǒng)籌好生活水平、生活認可、生活參與的扶貧支持政策。
[Abstract]:The way of life determines to some extent whether people are poor or not. Based on the view of modern civilized way of life, this paper constructs a poverty alleviation index system from three aspects of living standard, life recognition and life participation, and makes a preliminary study on poverty alleviation performance in Xiaoliangshan Yi area by means of chromatography analysis. It is found that the comprehensive poverty alleviation of modern civilized life style in Xiaoliangshan Yi region has made progress on the whole, but the life style changes slowly and is still in a relatively backward state. Life style poverty path dependence, life recognition, life participation in poverty alleviation performance index is significantly lower than the living standard, and the county life style poverty alleviation benefit difference is significant. Therefore, we should take the construction of modern civilized way of life as an important part of poverty alleviation, carry it out for a long time, and pay attention to the policy of supporting poverty alleviation by coordinating living standard, life recognition and life participation.
