【摘要】：中國(guó)經(jīng)濟(jì)面臨下行增長(zhǎng)壓力,進(jìn)入"新常態(tài)"時(shí)段,使得經(jīng)濟(jì)增長(zhǎng)方式及驅(qū)動(dòng)模式均需改變。傳統(tǒng)動(dòng)力不足之下,亟須新的經(jīng)濟(jì)增長(zhǎng)動(dòng)力引擎以保持中國(guó)經(jīng)濟(jì)可持續(xù)發(fā)展。經(jīng)濟(jì)可持續(xù)發(fā)展的核心是"質(zhì)量、效益、可持續(xù)",傳統(tǒng)的要素投入及投資驅(qū)動(dòng)模式無(wú)法克服資源約束及環(huán)境限制,經(jīng)濟(jì)轉(zhuǎn)型調(diào)整勢(shì)在必行。本文基于對(duì)"新常態(tài)"經(jīng)濟(jì)的內(nèi)涵、特征及增長(zhǎng)桎梏分析,探討了創(chuàng)新驅(qū)動(dòng)對(duì)于轉(zhuǎn)型調(diào)整及經(jīng)濟(jì)增長(zhǎng)的意義,并在此基礎(chǔ)之上分別從科技創(chuàng)新、外交創(chuàng)新、金融創(chuàng)新三維視角論述其對(duì)于轉(zhuǎn)型調(diào)整的促進(jìn)作用。
[Abstract]:China's economy is under downward growth pressure and entering the "new normal" period, so that the mode of economic growth and driving mode need to be changed. Under the lack of traditional power, new engine of economic growth is urgently needed to maintain the sustainable development of China's economy. The core of sustainable economic development is "quality, benefit and sustainability". The traditional mode of factor input and investment drive can not overcome the constraints of resources and environment, and economic transformation and adjustment is imperative. Based on the analysis of the connotation, characteristics and growth shackles of the "new normal" economy, this paper discusses the significance of innovation driving to the transformation, adjustment and economic growth, and on this basis respectively from the scientific and technological innovation, diplomatic innovation, Three-dimensional perspective of financial innovation discusses its role in promoting the transformation and adjustment.
