【摘要】：本文首先基于法國調節(jié)學派積累體制和調節(jié)模式關系的理論,對安倍經(jīng)濟學之前的日本傳統(tǒng)型雇傭體制和新日本型雇傭體制的內(nèi)容和特征進行了梳理,認為非正規(guī)雇傭勞動者的大量增加是日本經(jīng)濟停滯不前的重要原因;其次,對安倍經(jīng)濟學的勞動力市場結構性改革的內(nèi)容及存在的問題進行了分析,認為安倍經(jīng)濟學使日本雇傭體制發(fā)生了質的惡化;最后,對安倍經(jīng)濟學帶來的表面上的經(jīng)濟繁榮進行了分析,認為安倍經(jīng)濟學只能帶來短期的虛假的繁榮,從長期來看有可能是日本經(jīng)濟"失去的30年"的開始。
[Abstract]:Firstly, based on the theory of the relationship between the accumulation system and the regulatory model of the French school of regulation, this paper combs the contents and characteristics of the traditional Japanese employment system and the new Japanese employment system before Abenomics. It is believed that the increase of informal wage earners is an important reason for the stagnation of the Japanese economy. Secondly, it analyzes the content and existing problems of the structural reform of labor market of Abenomics, and points out that Abenomics has made the Japanese employment system deteriorate qualitatively. Finally, an analysis of the apparent economic boom brought about by Abenomics suggests that Abenomics can only bring short-term false prosperity, which in the long run could be the beginning of the "lost 30 years" of the Japanese economy.
