【摘要】：西江流域經(jīng)廣西、廣東兩省,但大部分在廣西省境內(nèi),溝通了兩地間的經(jīng)濟貿(mào)易往來,沿岸的許多市鎮(zhèn),如梧州、桂林、柳州、南寧、百色等地隨著沿江貿(mào)易經(jīng)濟的不斷發(fā)展而逐漸形成了一個以西江為運輸線,以這些中心市鎮(zhèn)為節(jié)點,以整個流域為覆蓋面的市場網(wǎng)絡(luò)。近代以來,在外因和內(nèi)因共同作用下,西江流域的商品經(jīng)濟走向了一個鼎盛時期。市場網(wǎng)絡(luò)的形成基于商品經(jīng)濟的發(fā)展,因此,近代西江流域的市場網(wǎng)絡(luò)得到了發(fā)育和成長。 西江流域市場網(wǎng)絡(luò)的形成,與其自然地理環(huán)境、水陸交通狀況有密切的關(guān)系,西江縱橫交錯的水域為市場網(wǎng)絡(luò)的聯(lián)系提供了便利的條件。隨著西方列強的入侵,西江流域被迫開放,客觀上促進了該流域商品經(jīng)濟的發(fā)展；新桂系時期,以李宗仁、白崇禧和黃旭初為首的政府當(dāng)局采取了一系列鞏固統(tǒng)治的措施,客觀上有利于西江流域經(jīng)濟的發(fā)展；另外,比較著名的粵商入桂,帶來了先進的經(jīng)營理念、貿(mào)易機會和技術(shù)。在此基礎(chǔ)上,西江流域中心市鎮(zhèn)的商品經(jīng)濟得到極大的發(fā)展,這部分運用了商品流通學(xué)和區(qū)域經(jīng)濟學(xué)的相關(guān)原理,對西江流域市場網(wǎng)絡(luò)的結(jié)構(gòu)進行了論述,將近代西江流域市場網(wǎng)絡(luò)分為三個經(jīng)濟帶——東部經(jīng)濟帶、中部經(jīng)濟帶和西部經(jīng)濟帶,其中,地處上游的百色,中游的桂林、柳州、南寧,以及下游的梧州構(gòu)成了整個市場網(wǎng)絡(luò)的中心城市,形成了一個多核的流域經(jīng)濟結(jié)構(gòu)。另外,還有遍布流域內(nèi)各個地方的具有地方特色的圩市,構(gòu)成了網(wǎng)絡(luò)里的基層市場,這些圩市是鄰近各村鎮(zhèn)的經(jīng)濟中心,主要作用是滿足周邊農(nóng)民的日常需求。本文的重點在于對近代西江流域市場網(wǎng)絡(luò)運行的研究,這部分運用了增長極的集散效應(yīng)理論,作為增長極的中心城市對周邊低級市場有經(jīng)濟輻射效應(yīng),反之,低級市場對中心市場也有物流、信息流、人流以及資金流的集聚效應(yīng)。在這種運行模式下,整個市場網(wǎng)絡(luò)達到互通有無、協(xié)調(diào)發(fā)展的狀態(tài)。最后,文章對近代西江流域市場網(wǎng)絡(luò)的特點和意義進行了總結(jié)概括,分析了該市場網(wǎng)絡(luò)的缺陷和不足。
[Abstract]:The Xijiang River Basin runs through Guangxi and Guangdong provinces, but most of them are located in Guangxi Province. It links economic and trade exchanges between the two places. Many towns along the coast, such as Wuzhou, Guilin, Liuzhou, Nanning, Along with the continuous development of trade economy along the Yangtze River, Baise and other places have gradually formed a market network with the Xijiang River as the transportation line, these central towns as the nodes and the whole river basin as the coverage. Since modern times, the commodity economy of Xijiang River basin has moved to a prosperous period under the joint action of external cause and internal cause. The formation of market network is based on the development of commodity economy. The formation of the market network in the Xijiang River basin is closely related to its natural geographical environment and land and water transportation. The crisscross waters of the Xijiang River provide convenient conditions for the connection of the market network. With the invasion of Western powers, Xijiang River Basin was forced to open, which objectively promoted the development of commodity economy. During the period of New Guangxi, the government authorities headed by Li Zongren, Bai Chongxi and Huang Xu took a series of measures to consolidate the rule, which objectively benefited the economic development of the Xijiang River Basin. In addition, the more famous Guangdong businessmen into Guangxi, brought advanced business concepts, trade opportunities and technology. On this basis, the commodity economy of the central towns in the Xijiang River Basin has been greatly developed. This part uses the relevant principles of commodity circulation and regional economics to discuss the structure of the market network in the Xijiang River Basin. The market network of the modern Xijiang River Basin is divided into three economic zones: the eastern economic belt, the central economic belt and the western economic belt. Among them, Baise located upstream, Guilin, Liuzhou, Nanning in the middle reaches, And the downstream Wuzhou constitutes the center city of the whole market network, forming a multi-core river basin economic structure. In addition, there are all over the valley with local characteristics of the local market, constitute a network of grass-roots markets, these markets are adjacent to the economic center of the villages and towns, the main role is to meet the daily needs of the surrounding farmers. The focus of this paper is to study the operation of the modern Xijiang river market network. This part uses the theory of the centralization effect of the growth pole. As the central city of the growth pole, the central city has the economic radiation effect on the peripheral lower market. The low-level market also has the concentration effect of logistics, information flow, people flow and capital flow to the central market. In this mode of operation, the whole market network to achieve a mutually beneficial, coordinated development of the state. Finally, the paper summarizes the characteristics and significance of the modern Xijiang river basin market network, and analyzes the defects and shortcomings of the market network.
