【摘要】：本文利用綜合的經(jīng)濟發(fā)展指數(shù)、社會發(fā)展指數(shù)及環(huán)境污染指數(shù)研究了經(jīng)濟社會發(fā)展水平對環(huán)境污染的影響。研究發(fā)現(xiàn),我國東部、東北、中部和西部及全國范圍的經(jīng)濟發(fā)展與環(huán)境污染和社會發(fā)展與環(huán)境污染均呈"N型"曲線關系。同時也驗證了"污染天堂"在我國的存在。因此,通過FDI促進技術革新,加快轉(zhuǎn)變生產(chǎn)方式,促使企業(yè)由生產(chǎn)污染密集型產(chǎn)品向技術密集型產(chǎn)品轉(zhuǎn)變,加大環(huán)保力度,以避免"N型"環(huán)境庫茲涅茨曲線第二個拐點的出現(xiàn)。
[Abstract]:This paper studies the influence of economic and social development level on environmental pollution by using comprehensive economic development index, social development index and environmental pollution index. It is found that the relationship between economic development and environmental pollution, social development and environmental pollution in eastern, northeast, central and western China and the whole country is "N" curve. At the same time, it also verifies the existence of pollution Paradise in China. Therefore, through FDI to promote technological innovation, accelerate the transformation of production methods, promote enterprises from pollution-intensive products to technology-intensive products, increase environmental protection, In order to avoid the "N" environment Kuznets curve of the second inflection point.
