【摘要】：隨著經(jīng)濟(jì)全球化進(jìn)程的加速，在全球經(jīng)濟(jì)版圖中出現(xiàn)了產(chǎn)業(yè)集群。隨著我國改革開放的深入，產(chǎn)業(yè)集群迅速發(fā)展，在區(qū)域經(jīng)濟(jì)和產(chǎn)業(yè)發(fā)展中扮演著重要的角色。國內(nèi)外發(fā)達(dá)地區(qū)的經(jīng)驗(yàn)表明，，產(chǎn)業(yè)集群的培育與發(fā)展，對(duì)于提升江西省的產(chǎn)業(yè)競(jìng)爭(zhēng)力、加快其經(jīng)濟(jì)發(fā)展及實(shí)現(xiàn)崛起目標(biāo)都具有極其重要的現(xiàn)實(shí)意義。大力發(fā)展產(chǎn)業(yè)集群是江西經(jīng)濟(jì)社會(huì)加快發(fā)展的必然選擇。 本文對(duì)產(chǎn)業(yè)集群的有關(guān)理論進(jìn)行了梳理，闡述了產(chǎn)業(yè)集群的特征及相關(guān)支持理論，并對(duì)產(chǎn)業(yè)集群研究中的有關(guān)概念進(jìn)行了界定。通過對(duì)江西產(chǎn)業(yè)集群歷史資料的整合追尋其發(fā)展軌跡；通過區(qū)位熵等數(shù)據(jù)的計(jì)算，比較分析江西與沿海發(fā)達(dá)省份的差距并判斷出江西產(chǎn)業(yè)集群的整體現(xiàn)狀；通過波特教授的SWOT分析法，揭示了江西產(chǎn)業(yè)集群發(fā)展的環(huán)境；通過案例分析在江西現(xiàn)代產(chǎn)業(yè)集群中具有一定代表性的吉安電子信息產(chǎn)業(yè)集群，進(jìn)一步凸顯出江西產(chǎn)業(yè)集群發(fā)展的主要問題及不足，為優(yōu)化發(fā)展的方向提供了主要思路。通過比較分析國內(nèi)產(chǎn)業(yè)集群發(fā)展的成功經(jīng)驗(yàn)，著眼于江西產(chǎn)業(yè)集群發(fā)展的現(xiàn)實(shí)問題，本文從政府、社會(huì)、園區(qū)、企業(yè)等四個(gè)層面提出富有說服力的對(duì)策建議。 本文的研究對(duì)象選定為欠發(fā)達(dá)地區(qū)的產(chǎn)業(yè)集群，采用理論與實(shí)踐相結(jié)合、規(guī)范分析與實(shí)證分析相結(jié)合、定量分析與定性分析相結(jié)合等研究方法，率先對(duì)江西產(chǎn)業(yè)集群突出的、根本性問題及優(yōu)劣勢(shì)環(huán)境進(jìn)行系統(tǒng)分析，為政府及相關(guān)部門全面掌握現(xiàn)狀、發(fā)現(xiàn)問題和作出決策提供了理論支撐。這些研究在理論上具有一定的科學(xué)性、開創(chuàng)性和針對(duì)性。
[Abstract]:With the acceleration of economic globalization, industrial clusters appear in the global economic map. With the deepening of China's reform and opening up, industrial clusters are developing rapidly and playing an important role in regional economy and industrial development. The experience of developed regions at home and abroad shows that the cultivation and development of industrial clusters is of great practical significance in promoting the industrial competitiveness of Jiangxi Province, speeding up its economic development and realizing the goal of rising up. Vigorously developing industrial clusters is an inevitable choice for Jiangxi's economic and social development. This paper combs the relevant theories of industrial clusters, expounds the characteristics of industrial clusters and related supporting theories, and defines the related concepts in the research of industrial clusters. Through the integration of the historical data of Jiangxi industrial cluster and the calculation of location entropy, this paper compares and analyzes the gap between Jiangxi and the developed coastal provinces and judges the overall status of Jiangxi industrial cluster. Through Professor Porter's SWOT analysis, it reveals the development environment of Jiangxi industrial cluster. Through the case study, Ji'an Electronic and Information Industry Cluster, which is representative in Jiangxi modern industrial cluster, further highlights the main problems and shortcomings of Jiangxi industrial cluster development, and provides the main train of thought for optimizing the direction of development. By comparing and analyzing the successful experiences of the development of domestic industrial clusters and focusing on the practical problems of the development of industrial clusters in Jiangxi, this paper puts forward some persuasive countermeasures and suggestions from four aspects: government, society, parks and enterprises. The research object of this paper is selected as the industrial cluster in underdeveloped areas. By combining theory with practice, normative analysis with empirical analysis, quantitative analysis with qualitative analysis, and so on, the paper takes the lead in highlighting Jiangxi industrial cluster. The systematic analysis of the fundamental problems and their advantages and disadvantages provides theoretical support for the government and related departments to grasp the present situation, find the problems and make decisions. These studies have certain scientific, pioneering and pertinence in theory.
