【摘要】：收入分配問題與經(jīng)濟發(fā)展相生相伴,各種經(jīng)濟利益主體間的關(guān)系被它們所揭示,而且利益關(guān)系背后的各種決定因素也被它們所反映。收入分配制度是否合理有效,直接關(guān)系到人民群眾的切身利益,關(guān)系到國民經(jīng)濟是否能持續(xù)、快速、健康發(fā)展,關(guān)系到國家的長治久安。改革開放30多年來,我國經(jīng)濟得到了快速發(fā)展,城鎮(zhèn)居民收入普遍提高,但是城鎮(zhèn)居民收入差距卻越來越大,不公平問題越來越嚴重。政府和理論界都在著力研究解決的辦法。 本文首先對收入分配理論的文獻和理論進行了回顧,然后從城鄉(xiāng)、地區(qū)與行業(yè)三個角度出發(fā),分析當前我國居民收入分配差距擴大的現(xiàn)狀和產(chǎn)生的原因,最后提出合理的對策建議,爭取最終從根本上解決我國居民收入分配差距問題。 本文共分為以下六個部分： 第一章為引言。主要闡述論文選題的背景、意義、文獻綜述及研究方法與可能的創(chuàng)新點。 第二章為收入分配理論綜述。詳細介紹居民收入分配理論的歷史演變進程。 第三章為我國居民收入分配差距的現(xiàn)狀。分別從城鄉(xiāng)、地區(qū)和行業(yè)三個角度詳細描述我國居民收入分配的現(xiàn)狀。 第四章為我國居民收入分配差距的原因分析。從城鄉(xiāng)、地區(qū)和行業(yè)三大方面,城鄉(xiāng)二元結(jié)構(gòu)、戶籍制度、經(jīng)濟體制影響、區(qū)域發(fā)展政策、制度因素、產(chǎn)業(yè)結(jié)構(gòu)、市場因素、行業(yè)差別與人力資本和行業(yè)性質(zhì)九個小項論述居民收入分配差距的成因。為第五章提出解決思路做出事實鋪墊。 第五章為縮小我國居民收入分配差距的對策建議。力求從更深層次為解決我國城鎮(zhèn)居民收入分配問題提供可借鑒之處。 第六章為結(jié)論。總結(jié)論文觀點,提出本文的不足之處：對我國城鎮(zhèn)居民收入分配問題廣度和深度的研究程度還不夠。
[Abstract]:The problem of income distribution is concomitant with economic development, and the relationship between various economic stakeholders is revealed by them, and the determinants behind the interest relationship are also reflected by them. Whether the income distribution system is reasonable and effective is directly related to the vital interests of the people, to the sustained, rapid and healthy development of the national economy and to the long-term stability of the country. Since the reform and opening up for more than 30 years, the economy of our country has been developing rapidly, and the income of urban residents has generally increased, but the income gap of urban residents is becoming wider and larger, and the problem of unfairness is becoming more and more serious. Both the government and the theorists are working hard on solutions. This paper first reviews the literature and theories of income distribution theory, then analyzes the current situation and causes of the widening income distribution gap in China from the perspectives of urban and rural areas, regions and industries. Finally, reasonable countermeasures and suggestions are put forward to solve the problem of income distribution gap. This paper is divided into the following six parts: the first chapter is the introduction. This paper mainly describes the background, significance, literature review, research methods and possible innovation. The second chapter is an overview of income distribution theory. The historical evolution of income distribution theory is introduced in detail. The third chapter is the current situation of income distribution gap in China. The present situation of income distribution of Chinese residents is described in detail from three angles of urban and rural areas, regions and industries. The fourth chapter is the analysis of the reason of the income distribution gap in our country. The dual structure of urban and rural areas, the household registration system, the influence of economic system, the regional development policy, the institutional factors, the industrial structure, the market factors, Industry difference, human capital and industry nature of nine sub-items to discuss the causes of income distribution gap. For the fifth chapter to put forward solutions to make the facts. The fifth chapter is to narrow the gap of income distribution of Chinese residents. This paper tries to provide a reference for solving the problem of income distribution of urban residents in China from a deeper level. Chapter six is the conclusion. This paper summarizes the points of view and points out the deficiency of this paper: the research on the breadth and depth of the income distribution problem of urban residents in China is not enough.
