【摘要】：在“泛珠三角”經(jīng)濟(jì)圈、“中部崛起”等區(qū)域協(xié)調(diào)發(fā)展的宏觀背景下，湖南省迎來(lái)了新的發(fā)展契機(jī)。近年來(lái)，湖南經(jīng)濟(jì)已經(jīng)得到了迅速增長(zhǎng)，研究其對(duì)外經(jīng)濟(jì)聯(lián)系與地緣經(jīng)濟(jì)關(guān)系，對(duì)保持經(jīng)濟(jì)持續(xù)穩(wěn)定發(fā)展具有極其重要的戰(zhàn)略意義。 本文旨在通過(guò)研究湖南省與其他省區(qū)的經(jīng)濟(jì)聯(lián)系狀況、地緣經(jīng)濟(jì)關(guān)系以及二者的匹配性，為湖南省在制定對(duì)外經(jīng)濟(jì)聯(lián)系方向、產(chǎn)業(yè)選擇等區(qū)域發(fā)展決策時(shí)提供可靠的依據(jù)，在競(jìng)爭(zhēng)與合作的博弈中找到合適自身的應(yīng)對(duì)策略。首先，本文利用引力模型、區(qū)位商模型和城市流強(qiáng)度模型分別分析了湖南省對(duì)外經(jīng)濟(jì)聯(lián)系強(qiáng)度、與各省在經(jīng)濟(jì)聯(lián)系中的產(chǎn)業(yè)分工差異性、區(qū)域影響力等。結(jié)果表明，湖南在全國(guó)范圍內(nèi)具有一定的經(jīng)濟(jì)影響力，在與各省的經(jīng)濟(jì)聯(lián)系中，主要與空間相互作用距離較近或經(jīng)濟(jì)較發(fā)達(dá)的省份經(jīng)濟(jì)聯(lián)系較強(qiáng)。另外，在對(duì)外聯(lián)系中，第一產(chǎn)業(yè)優(yōu)勢(shì)明顯，第二、三產(chǎn)業(yè)相對(duì)薄弱。其次，本文利用歐氏距離模型分析了湖南與其他各省的地緣經(jīng)濟(jì)關(guān)系。結(jié)果表明，與湖南省呈競(jìng)爭(zhēng)型地緣經(jīng)濟(jì)關(guān)系的省區(qū)較多。最后，本文將湖南與各省經(jīng)濟(jì)聯(lián)系的狀況與地緣經(jīng)濟(jì)關(guān)系進(jìn)行匹配分析，從而能夠一方面確認(rèn)省區(qū)間經(jīng)濟(jì)聯(lián)系的合理性，另一方面分析產(chǎn)業(yè)結(jié)構(gòu)差異對(duì)地緣經(jīng)濟(jì)關(guān)系的影響，為省區(qū)間合作提供明確的思路和方向。結(jié)果表明，湖南與長(zhǎng)三角、京津冀等地區(qū)經(jīng)濟(jì)聯(lián)系狀況與地緣經(jīng)濟(jì)關(guān)系的匹配性較好，通過(guò)較強(qiáng)的經(jīng)濟(jì)聯(lián)系來(lái)發(fā)揮地緣經(jīng)濟(jì)關(guān)系的優(yōu)勢(shì)；但同時(shí)，湖南并沒(méi)有充分利用與各省的地緣經(jīng)濟(jì)關(guān)系來(lái)合理制定經(jīng)濟(jì)聯(lián)系策略，例如與諸多地緣經(jīng)濟(jì)關(guān)系為互補(bǔ)型的地區(qū)經(jīng)濟(jì)聯(lián)系強(qiáng)度較弱。此外，通過(guò)對(duì)比地緣經(jīng)濟(jì)關(guān)系和產(chǎn)業(yè)分工的差異性可以看出，地緣經(jīng)濟(jì)關(guān)系不僅受到產(chǎn)業(yè)分工差異性的影響，最終呈現(xiàn)怎樣的態(tài)勢(shì)還與地理位置、經(jīng)濟(jì)聯(lián)系強(qiáng)度等因素有關(guān)。 本文根據(jù)對(duì)外經(jīng)濟(jì)聯(lián)系和地緣經(jīng)濟(jì)關(guān)系的分析，指出了湖南省對(duì)外經(jīng)濟(jì)聯(lián)系中存在的問(wèn)題，，并提出了相應(yīng)的對(duì)策建議。
[Abstract]:Under the macro background of "Pan-Pearl River Delta" economic circle, "Central rise" and other regional coordinated development, Hunan Province ushered in a new development opportunity. In recent years, Hunan's economy has been growing rapidly. It is of great strategic significance to study its external economic relations and geo-economic relations in order to maintain the sustained and stable development of the economy. The purpose of this paper is to provide a reliable basis for Hunan Province to make regional development decisions such as the direction of foreign economic ties, industrial selection and so on, by studying the economic relations, geo-economic relations and their matching between Hunan and other provinces. In the game of competition and cooperation to find the appropriate own coping strategies. First of all, this paper analyzes the intensity of external economic ties between Hunan Province and other provinces by using gravity model, location quotient model and urban flow intensity model, and analyzes the differences of industrial division of labor and regional influence between Hunan Province and other provinces in economic ties. The results show that Hunan has a certain economic influence in the whole country, and in the economic relations with each province, the economic relationship between Hunan and other provinces is mainly close to the spatial interaction or the economic relationship is stronger in the provinces with more developed economy. In addition, in the external relations, the primary industry advantage is obvious, the second, the third industry is relatively weak. Secondly, this paper uses Euclidean distance model to analyze the geoeconomic relationship between Hunan and other provinces. The results show that more provinces and regions have competitive geo-economic relationship with Hunan Province. Finally, this paper makes a matching analysis of the economic relations between Hunan and the provinces, so as to confirm the rationality of the economic ties between the provinces and the provinces on the one hand, and on the other hand, to analyze the influence of the industrial structure differences on the geo-economic relations. It provides a clear idea and direction for provincial cooperation. The results show that the economic relationship between Hunan and Yangtze River Delta, Beijing-Tianjin-Hebei and other regions has a good match with geo-economic relations, and the advantages of geo-economic relations can be brought into play through stronger economic ties, but at the same time, Hunan does not make full use of its geo-economic relations with the provinces to rationally formulate economic linkage strategies, such as the weak intensity of regional economic ties with many geo-economic relations, which are complementary to each other. In addition, by comparing the differences between geo-economic relations and industrial division of labor, we can see that geo-economic relations are not only affected by the differences of industrial division of labor, but also related to the geographical location, the intensity of economic connection and so on. Based on the analysis of foreign economic relations and geo-economic relations, this paper points out the problems existing in Hunan's foreign economic ties, and puts forward corresponding countermeasures and suggestions.
